In a recent upload, the “Family Affair” singer explained what she wore to her birthday party at New York City’s Cipriani Wall Street. The 52-year-old posted a five-photo update that gave viewers black girl magic vibes.
Blige stole hearts in her plunging silver mini dress studded with diamonds. She accessorized the outfit with a platinum blonde high top knot, flawless makeup, silver strappy heels, and a heavy set bejeweled necklace.
The close-up shot shows off her beautifully cut eyeshadow look with smokey eyeliner, long lashes and nude pink lipstick on her chocolate lined lips. Undoubtedly, the multi-hyphenate entertainer closed 2022 with a bang. The 12-time NAACP Image Award winner landed a major deal with her production company, Blue Butterfly, as detailed by The Blast.

Like many artists, Blige dabbled in various fields to bring in the coin. One of them was his lucrative idea which encouraged his production company to join forces with BET to create a new project.
The entertainment company will take a first look at Blue Butterfly Production’s non-scripted projects and look at both of their scripted programs. As part of the deal he received from the network, the Hip-hop icon will produce an unscripted talk show called “The Wine Down.”
The talk show will bring together influential people from various fields, including politics and entertainment, who will join Blige for “raw, provocative, insightful and real conversations” over a bottle of wine.
Added to the deal is a great opportunity for the Grammy winner to serve as an executive producer alongside her partners Ashaunna Ayars, Nicole Jackson, Lisa Erspalmer, and Davis Entertainment representatives John and Jordan Davis.
Blige called BET her “biggest supporter” in the same statement. He said, “Now being able to create together, for them to support my vision for the kind of content I’m going to create, is something I’m grateful and excited about.”
