Fans Swoon Over Late Steve Irwin In Bindi’s Throwback Video

Bindi Irwin’s latest Instagram post about her late father Steve Irwin is sure to make hearts melt.

Wildlife enthusiasts take a trip down memory lane by sharing nostalgic videos that send emotional ripples through fans. The heartwarming clip shows the late iconic Steve Irwin in his element, evoking a mix of fond memories and deep respect for the much-missed champion of wildlife.

Fans Recall Memories of the Late Steve Irwin

To celebrate “World Rhino Day”, the zookeeper shared a clip that begins with his beloved late father doing what he does best – watching and talking about animals with respect.

Explaining the Rhinoceros’ incomprehensible actions, Steve moved away from the animal, which could be seen resting under a tree. After his brief and impactful education, the video shows some of them running around in the present while sharing some facts on the screen.

Despite the caption, “Celebrating #WorldRhinoDay. Take a moment to admire and appreciate this iconic species. ?,” didn’t include any mention of the late star, it didn’t stop fans from loving him.

Calling the late Steve their childhood “hero,” these followers expressed their love for him, writing, “I loved him so much. I still do. He’s so iconic. No one will compare to this man, other than your family of course ? ?✨❤️??.”

This user echoed that sentiment, adding, “Missed seeing it. Thank you for sharing with us,” while a third said, “I miss your wonderful father. Celebrate the rhinos ???.”

A fourth mentioned that they “Love listening” to Bindi’s father while pointing out that they are “Always learning a lot. ?.” A fifth stated that they “loved this clip of Steve,” and also talked about his voice, which they described as “strong yet soothing.”

At the same time, one enthusiastic fan rhetorically asked, “How can you not love Steve Irwin?! ❤️?❤️,” while another wrote, “One of my favorite moments.”

Recognized as Australia’s leading animal conservationist with numerous documentaries before his death, it’s no wonder his daughter has plenty of clips of him to choose from. That’s why, when the “DWTS” alum wanted to mark “World Elephant Day,” she did so with a heartfelt video featuring the late “Croc File” host.

In the video, Bindi and her brother Robert share warm sentiments about the “Sumatran elephant” at their zoo. Robert highlights how these creatures lead fulfilling lives in their habitats, enjoying the activities they love, “like knocking down trees, roaming the wide open, wading and enjoying their favorite meals.”

After revealing the amount of food they eat every day, the 25-year-old said, “The Sumatran elephant is a critically endangered species with an estimated number of just over 2000 individuals left in their natural habitat.”

He noted that they were doing all they could to “spread awareness for this iconic species” before the clip turned nostalgic, revisiting the elephant’s arrival at the zoo, featuring the late TV personality and his younger self.

Bindi Irwin Celebrates Parents’ 31st Wedding Anniversary

The love of the TV presenter’s parents must have inspired him even though the late naturalist has been gone for more than a decade.

Perhaps this is why he felt the need to share an unseen vintage photo featuring his mother, Terri, and his late father in honor of their 31st wedding anniversary.

Fans will recall that the former couple exchanged vows in June 1992 and remained married until Steve’s tragic death in September 2006.

In the picture that was uploaded, it looks like the lovebirds are posing by the beach. The late “Crocs Down Under” star hugged his wife, leaning casually against the open door of his iconic white Land Cruiser.

Crossing one leg over the other, Terri’s hair seemed to blow in the wind. Alongside the photo, Bindi expressed her feelings: “Love like this is eternal. Happy Birthday to my amazing parents. ❤️.”
