Paige Spiranac Claims Alleged Stalker Followed Her To Tournament

According to an exclusive document obtained by The Blast, Paige claims that she was being stalked by a 32-year-old man named Eric Fuhs who had followed her to the tournament. In court documents, she said she had become “extremely anxious and fearful” as a result of the stalking allegations.
“Although most of my career involves public appearances, I’m afraid to share my location with fans. I fear for my safety,” he wrote. “I am deeply troubled by Mr. Fuhs’ delusional belief that he has communicated with me. I am concerned that without a restraining order, Mr. Fuhs will continue to try to see me, especially when I have to travel to the Los Angeles area for work.”
He later said that he realized that Fuhs already had a civil restraining order against him because of his alleged stalking of actress Olivia Wilde. The restraining order will remain in effect until May 3, 2024. Additionally, Paige appears to have even more reason to fear for her safety, as she realizes that she was charged with assault with a deadly weapon in December 2022 in Los Angeles, California, and has a history of stalking and previous violence.

Although Fuhs reportedly resides in Los Angeles, Paige believes that he followed him all the way to Nevada when he competed in a golf tournament in South Lake Tahoe in July 2022. The tournament runs from July 4th to July 10th. On July 9, he said a spectator called him and asked for a picture while he was warming up shortly before his scheduled tee time.
Paige snaps the photo, not realizing that the audience is really Fuhs. “I was informed that Mr. Fuhs then posted the photo on his social media and reposted the photo as a ‘throwback’ on March 6, 2023,” he wrote in the court filing. “After taking the picture, Mr. Fuhs claimed that I had cheated him out of $10,000. Mr. Fuhs acted in a hostile manner and I became scared.”

Paige stated that she was confused because she had never been before and called her representative, Jeremy Aisenberg, so she did not miss her scheduled tee time. Paige insists that she only took one picture with him at the golf tournament and never communicated with him before that. “I have no desire to see Mr. Fuchs or communicate with him,” he wrote. “There was no legitimate reason or purpose for him to contact me.”
At the time of this writing, Fuhs has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Paige, her home and her workplace, which includes “the golf course and other locations when she makes public appearances.” A court hearing is scheduled for next month.
