Paltrow has been on a mission with her company Goop to spread the word about the wonders of healthy living, once again she appears on their social media pages to show faces and introduce new products or in this case salad recipes.

The 50-year-old insists that she loves to waste in the kitchen but her followers discovered she was wasteful when preparing her salmon salad. The Oscar-winner chops his vegetables but leaves chunks of the good, cookable parts.

He basically cut his asparagus in half and wasted the cookable part. One follower pointed out that a knife is not needed when preparing asparagus because it will break where it is needed.

Another shared that Paltrow’s salad was too fatty to be healthy. The comments section soon flooded with mixed reviews about this green salad that Paltrow has raved about in the past.

Not only were Paltrow’s followers upset by her wasteful tactics, they also lashed out at each other over their differences of opinion on the matter.

He began by calling out Paltrow for trying to profit from her lies. “Girl, you’re just making things up for money.”

All this “cleaning” crap is just another way for you to make some cash. People I am a nurse practitioner who practices integrative medicine. You don’t need this ridiculous “clean” gimmick crap. He went on to slam Paltrow’s Netflix show and praise healthy eating and exercise.

Some followers fear that Gwyneth has a secret eating disorder because of her obsession with detox. “He is always detoxing/resetting what he eats. Feeling obsessed. It also looks like disordered eating. It doesn’t look healthy.”
