In her latest Instagram post, the 33-year-old former athlete put on a steamy display while sitting on a wooden fence post. He appeared to be sitting on a cliff that seemed to be facing the ocean from a distance.
Either way, it looked like a pretty private place, as Nastia had completely removed her bikini top as she let her long blonde hair fall in damp waves over her shoulders. She wore a pair of purple bikini bottoms as she appeared to be checking something on the phone screen she held in front of her.

In another photo, the 2009 Olympic all-around champion wears a black bikini as she stands on tiptoe by a pool overlooking a lush green valley. The sun broke through the clouds in the distance as she stood with her hands in front of her body as she turned towards the amazing sight.
In the caption of her post, Nastia wrote, “happy earth day from some of my favorite places on earth.” Nastia had limited captions on her posts as some of her followers expressed concern that she was getting “too skinny” but most of the followers who commented loved her pictures!

The 2005 and 2007 World Champion on the balance beam started her Instagram carousel with a picture of her standing in the ocean in a fancy dress. The upper part of the dress is black, but quickly fades to dark purple, dark blue and lighter shades of blue until it finishes in sea foam green.
“Wow, that dress is amazing!” commented a fan. “Gorgeee,” another follower wrote along with a butterfly emoji and a blue heart emoji. “Yes, God is doing a wonderful work!” shouted a third fan, seeming to agree with the caption.

In another photo, the 2005 World Champion on the uneven bars is wearing a gray sweatshirt, camo pants and combat boots from his days on “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.” The reality show features a group of celebrities trying to survive demanding training led by an elite team of former Special Forces operatives.
“In this unique series, the only way for these recruits to leave is to surrender of their own accord, through failure or possible injury, or by force from an agent,” the synopsis for the show reads. “Viewers see the recruits face the harshest environment that simulates a highly classified selection process, pushing themselves to the ultimate test of their physical, mental and emotional endurance and revealing the deepest and most authentic celebrity character.”

Nastia decided to quit the show after former British-American freestyle skier Gus Kenworthy told her that she received special treatment during a task where she had to be submerged in a car in water and hold her breath for twenty seconds. He asked someone to sit next to him while he completed the task because he was concerned that a previous injury would hinder his ability to breathe underwater.
In an interview with E! News after her passing, Nastia admitted, “I definitely let someone’s words get to me,” adding, “I let other people’s thoughts about me determine my worth and determine my inner progress and success and the mental strength I thought I had. and made to that level.”

Even so, he doesn’t blame Gus or anyone else on the show for anything that was said. “We all laughed about the lack of sleep and poor nutrition. I don’t blame anyone for what they say,” he continued. “I am only responsible for how I react to those words.”

After the show aired on television, however, Nastia wondered how she would perform the tasks she missed.
“After months of thinking about this, obviously, I think it’s a lesson I’ve learned,” he said. “We can’t go back to the past and we can’t change anything.”
