The Russian-born former American artistic gymnast shared several photos of herself lounging by the pool in a floral bikini while showing off her chiseled abs and summer tan.

In one of her latest Instagram posts, the 33-year-old retired athlete showed off her tanned skin while posing at a pool in Dallas, Texas. Her long blonde hair was tied back and tucked under a black hat that read “Stay Positive” in pink letters. She wore a matching two-piece green bikini set covered in tropical pink flowers.
In the caption of this Instagram post, she wrote, “lately, in Texas” along with emojis of three bubbles, a whale, a pink flower, a strawberry, a pair of roller skates and a director’s clack board, also known as a clap board, board silent writing, production blackboard, film clapper or film blackboard.

Unfortunately, not everyone loves her steamy bikini. “All the elite athletes who peaked as teenagers and went on to become social media influencers really sadden me. It’s definitely a big loss of identity (who I am after being a gymnast, etc.), but just this – someone who makes money (I think) letting people see her get dressed or get out of the pool – it just saddens me,” commented one user.
“Why can this make you sad? He has several brand deals, he is a sports analyst…. He is a millionaire. She doesn’t NEED to post pictures of her swimming. He went swimming and posted a picture. Like most women do,” one fan replied. “What’s sad is having no life and spending time creating fake profiles and trying to bring down someone who offers nothing but positive energy,” another follower wrote. “Did you just make a fake page with a follower just to make this comment about someone you don’t know about?” a third fan asked, adding, “That’s pretty sad.”

Other followers can’t believe how hot it’s been in Texas lately. “Yeah, it’s just like 100 degrees for 30 days straight?” asked a fan. “So,” answered Nastia. “Where to get that hat?” another follower asked. “Tbh, stole from my boyfriend’s hat section,” Nastia admitted. “My queen. slay, Nastia! In another Instagram post shared earlier this month, the five-time Olympic champion showed off her fit physique in Hawaii in a tropical bikini, wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses and chunky water shoes. In the caption, she complained that the shoes “ruined” her desired look.
In the caption, she wrote, “When your boyfriend makes you wear ‘water shoes’ to rock climb out of the kindness of his heart / for my safety… but then has to listen to me complain all day about how they ruined my looks.”

While it may seem like he’s trying to make a joke, many don’t realize it, especially with the devastation facing so many families in Hawaii. “Hey, Nastia, a bunch of people just lost everything in a fire in Hawaii. Get over yourself and your little problems,” commented one user. “I can’t believe you’re posting this now. I am so shocked at how insensitive you are,” another netizen agreed.
Another user called Nastia “insensitive, selfish and classless,” adding, “We’re so angry that visitors like you keep coming here when we’re begging you to stay away. We don’t need your tourism.” Another netizen agreed, writing, “We are really telling you all to go home and stop trying to vacation to Hawai’i during the biggest natural disaster in US History. We need all the hotel rooms, condos and vacation rentals on all the islands to accommodate 15,000 people who have been displaced due to the loss of everything. Go home.”
