The English singer and songwriter urged people around the world to join him in honoring the memory of the late, saying, “Join me in a standing ovation for 70 years of service.”
He clapped, and the crowd joined him, cheering the thoughtful gesture. After the applause and cheers died down, he thanked his fans with the words, “Thank you, Madison Square.”
Across the clip a note reads, “Harry Styles recognizes the passing of Queen Elizabeth II and 70 years of service.” At the same time, the caption read, “Harry and the crowd at @the park getting to know #QueenElizabeth.”
Styles isn’t the only celebrity to honor the Queen’s heartbreaking passing, as many tributes have been sent since news of her death broke.

Hollywood Remembers Queen Elizabeth
As The Blast reported, on the fateful evening of September 8, at approximately 1:30 PM ET, the king was confirmed dead by the Royal Family through a public statement on social media.
The post read: “The Queen passed away peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon. The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.”

In no time, social media was flooded with condolences and tributes from the likes of Paris Hilton, Ozzy Osbourne, Elton John, Ciara, Melissa Rivers and JK Rowling, among others.
Hilton, one of the first mourners, called it the “end of an era” after describing the deceased as “the original girl boss,” who was one of the most inspirational women.
John opted for a longer message saying how “deeply saddened” he was to “hear of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth.” He went on to sing her praises, calling her an “inspiring presence to be around” and someone who gracefully led the country through some of its darkest moments.
The legendary singer later admitted that he will miss her very much as she has been a “big part” of his life from childhood to now.

Osbourne shared similar thoughts as he mourned his country and expressed “with a heavy heart” how devastated he felt at the thought of England without the Queen.
Ciara didn’t write much but only wished the late king rest in heaven, while Rivers quoted a message from the Queen about being brave and not accepting defeat when life seems tough.
On the other hand, Rowling mentioned that some people may find the current outpouring of “shock and sadness” in the British people as odd. He later asserted that millions felt “love and respect for the woman who uncomplainingly fulfilled her constitutional role for seventy years.”

The renowned author believes the years of Her Majesty’s reign are significant enough because most Britons have never known another ruler, making Queen Elizabeth “an enduring positive symbol of Britain around the world.”

The late Queen of the United Kingdom had health issues before her death
More details about the Queen’s health emerged after her death, and revealed that her health had taken a turn for the worse on the morning of her death.
Earlier in the day, Buckingham Palace had released a statement that morning hinting that Queen Elizabeth had undergone “further evaluation,” but doctors were concerned about her health. He was advised to remain under medical supervision and remain comfortable at Balmoral with his family by his side in his final hours.

Clarence House also reported those staying with him included Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, while Prince William was on the trip. Meanwhile, the immediate family had already been informed earlier that morning of His Majesty’s deteriorating health, with many fearing that the situation would worsen.
He sadly passed away a few hours later. Queen Elizabeth has had a series of medical problems in her final years, shortly after the death of her husband Prince Philip last year.
