Heather through her Instagram Story informed fans of the latest developments regarding her pregnancy through a 40-second video. Posing in what appeared to be a car parked in a lot, the 35-year-old looked radiant with almost no make-up on her face, large white-rimmed sunglasses and diamond studs.
Her blonde locks were pulled back into a ponytail, drawing attention to her simple crew neck t-shirt. Captioned “Baby update,” the clip begins with Heather admitting that she’s “still in a lot of pain,” prompting her to begin weekly physical therapy sessions.
However, that didn’t help, as he revealed that he tried acupuncture for the first time that day and hoped it would work. He stated that although he received suggestions from his fans, “really nothing helped.” He then added:
It seems from all my moms I talk to, and many don’t help until the baby comes out. So, hope that doesn’t happen because it hurts. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, but I’m hoping that all these treatments I’m doing will, at least, relieve some of the pain.
This update comes just a week after The Blast reported that the “Selling Sunset” star told her three million followers how she plans to handle the uncomfortable situation. After lamenting the difficulty of finding clothes that fit her growing bump and explaining that she’ll be using the week to deal with business and office matters, “The Internship” actress stated:
“Update on the baby: I’m dealing with severe sciatica. It’s worse than ever today. It’s been about two and a half weeks, and today, it’s almost unbearable for me.”
Heather, who has received some helpful tips from fans, later revealed, “I’m going to try physical therapists and acupuncture next to see if anything gives me some relief. But it was so bad I could hardly walk; I was hobbled.”
The real estate agent has been dealing with pain since her baby changed positions and started sitting on her nerves. She initially broke the news of her new reality before her first wedding anniversary with Tarek.

Even though her baby boy isn’t here yet, Heather has already started planning how she’s going to raise him. The Blast shared that the TV personality shared two stunning photos of himself in a two-piece suit on Instagram.

Although the brown ensemble made her skin pop, she skipped out with full buttons on the waist coat and zip up pants, thanks to her big baby bump. Fortunately, that didn’t stop her from striking a fierce pose with her back to the nude-stained wall, her hands in her pockets. Heather held nothing back, writing below the image:
“Right now: the perfect mix of busy mom-to-be and enjoying every moment of raising our son. I feel like even though I’m busier than ever, I have so many moments where I pause to do little things like feel my belly or smile when I feel him kick.”
Playboy Playmate for February 2010 then claimed that she will handle motherhood the same way she has handled her entire life, “with meaningful intent rather than just going through the motions.”
While that doesn’t mean losing herself, Heather says she wants to be the kind of mom who works and has an amazing career “but who’s also there for all the moments, big or small,” for her baby boy.
To that end, she plans to be “present, involved, loving and supportive,” hoping her son will consider her one of his role models one day. Heather ended the caption by encouraging her followers to set “intentions like this early,” whether they’re pregnant or not because “it’s so important.”
