Irina Shayk has defended herself against accusations of stalking.
The supermodel has called reports she allegedly threw herself at newly single football quarterback Tom Brady during an exclusive A-list celebrity wedding, which they both attended last week, false. She claimed, through a representative, that nothing happened, confirming an insider’s account that she and Brady were just friends.

While Joe Nahmad and Madison Headrick’s wedding was a happy one, things turned awkward for Shayk, who was accused of suffocating Brady with her presence throughout the ceremony.
According to reports, Gisele Bündchen’s ex-husband has struggled to escape the mother-of-two’s constant — and unwanted — approaches, refusing to appear next to her in photos at one point.

An insider who allegedly attended the event in Sardinia, Italy claimed that Shayk “followed her [Brady] all weekend” and that he was “throwing himself at her.” The source later claimed that the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers member told a friend he was “not interested” in her.
In an effort to cover up the alleged harassment, Vice President of Community Management, Cheri Bowen, on behalf of Shayk, informed Daily Mail, “This story is completely false. It is a malicious and fictional account of that night.”
Bowen’s statement appears to match previous reports about the seven-time Super Bowl Champion and the television personality’s relationship being “purely platonic.” It also comes months after Bündchen’s divorce from Brady became official after 13 years of marriage.
Although the former couple’s breakup had sparked speculation for some time, they did not announce their separation until October 2022. Shortly after, it was revealed that their divorce was final. In a statement released at the time, Brady wrote:
‘We reached this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We only wish the best for each other as we move on to a new chapter in our lives that has yet to be written.”
The NFL star and Bündchen share two children — Vivian and Benjamin, and he also has an older son, Jack, from a previous relationship with “Blue Bloods” actress Bridget Moynahan.

Meanwhile, Shayk has a daughter Lea De Seine, with nine-time Oscar nomination and actor Bradley Cooper, with whom he split in June 2019 after a four-year relationship. Although the breakup left her sad, Shayk learned some important lessons from raising her daughter without a man.
She revealed that the six-year-old is the biggest reason she needs to love herself, The Blast reported in April. In the words of the vixen’s “Waareftak” music video:
“My daughter is a big part of why I started to love myself. He would say, ‘I love Dad so much, I love Mama so much, I love Nana, I love Babulya—’ who is my mother. Then he said, ‘And I love myself very much.’ And I look at my daughter and I’m like, ‘Wow, I’m not like that at six years old…’”
The 2014 Glamor Woman of the Year Awardee later revealed that she taught Lea values beyond superficial things like “putting on a mask, putting on makeup, brushing your hair, wearing a nice dress.” He added:
“Every time we send him to school, we’re like, ‘Just remember kindness and love.’ So I think that’s the real beauty.”
Talking more about what she identifies as “real beauty,” Shayk said of her grandmother, “She never wore makeup and would use this stuff from the fridge, like strawberries or cucumbers, for her face. She was always very positive and grateful for every day and like, ‘Always be yourself. Be nice to people.’ That is true beauty.”
With these lessons in mind, the philanthropist has developed a tough skin, which he credits for dealing with critics during his early modeling days. Nowadays, Shayk doesn’t care what people think and skips scrolling through the comment section of her social media posts.
