It’s been almost nine months since the snow plowing accident that nearly killed Jeremy Renner. The actor seems to have recovered significantly from his severe injuries and looks more cheerful and healthy.

Renner posted some new selfies to her Instagram page, with one showing her standing by a lake, possibly her home in Lake Tahoe. She captioned it, “Find quality time this weekend with quality people.”

Renner’s selfie shows that he has recovered significantly since the terrifying snow plowing incident. Another post on his Instagram story featured a cute photo of Renner’s dog with the caption, “The Place… The company… Happy Friday to you.”

Snow Plow Accident Occurred In January

Renner’s near-fatal accident happened earlier in the year when the actor crashed under a seven-tonne snowplow. He was on a Lake Tahoe property and was trying to pull his nephew’s car out of the snow when he was dragged under his snowplow that allegedly broke down.

After the horrific accident occurred, Renner was transported to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, where he was in critical condition for several hours. His injuries included over 30 broken bones, a punctured liver, a mangled torso, and hundreds of cuts and bruises.

When Renner finally became stable, he began sharing his recovery progress on social media. He has posted photos and videos of his physical therapy sessions to regain his mobility.

A post made on January 21 featured several clips of physical therapy. The caption read, “Morning workout, resolutions to change everything this new year….Born from tragedy for my entire family, and quickly focused on bringing actionable love together.”

Since his accident, Renner has focused more on family time and spends most of his time with his 10-year-old daughter Ava. The father and daughter duo have been photographed together on their way to physical therapy sessions, breakfast and lunch and family time at home.

The “Wind River” actor co-parents Ava with ex-wife Sonni Pacheco, whom she was only married to for about a year. Renner and Ava both attended the April premiere of her new Disney+ miniseries, “Rennervations.”

The series features Renner as he helps many charities by rebuilding and refurbishing disabled vehicles for their use. At the premiere, he leaned on crutches for support and then used a motorized scooter to access the stage, where he received a standing ovation.

After he regained mobility and was released from the hospital, “The Bourne Legacy” actor also visited the medical staff at Renown Regional Medical Center Nevada. He wanted to personally thank them for their efforts to save his life.
