Since she lost her father in 2017, just two weeks after his cancer diagnosis, the model has been publicly celebrating her big success through her social media platforms. At the time of her death, Jordyn released a statement appreciating fans’ outpouring of love for their family, with part of the caption claiming that “heaven got another angel.”

Jordyn’s life changed when her beloved father passed away amid a battle with cancer in January 2017. Despite the pain that came with it, the former Kardashian pal made sure not a year went by without her celebrating the television sound engineer’s birthday posthumously.
For this year’s event, the 25-year-old took to her Instagram Story to post a picture of a car mirror splashed with raindrops and trees in the background. He wrote, “Happy Heavenly Birthday Dad!!! Miss you everyday!!” across images.

While it’s hard to tell what messages of support fans sent Jordyn after The Story went live, they were clearly rooting for her when she first shared the news of her dad’s cancer diagnosis on Instagram.
For the post, the “Life of Kylie” star uploaded a picture of her manicured hand holding John’s self-wrapped hand as he emerged in a hospital gown. After calling her late father her “soul twin,” the “Grown-ish” guest star told her followers:
“Last night I found out I’m not sure how long I’ll be with my dad but I know that with faith and God all things are possible. Don’t forget to tell someone how much you love and care about them today.”
Several fans took to the comments section to express their sadness at the news, with one stating, “I will be praying for you and your family.” Sadly, the actress later announced John’s death two weeks later with a selfie of the deceased wearing dark glasses. Jordyn wrote under the shot:
“Last night heaven got another angel. My father. Just two weeks ago he was diagnosed with cancer and by then it was too late. I appreciate everyone’s kind words and it means the world to me. It still feels unreal. Forever and Always ?️❤️.”
His mother, Elizabeth, also paid tribute to her late husband with a photo of the father riding his bike away from the camera. The 52-year-old wrote:
“Tonight my best friend of years rode off into the sunset on a Harley forever. Thank you for being a great husband, a great friend and thank you for our wonderful children and I’m so numb I can’t believe this is real. RIP my angel John.”

The fitness enthusiast put her hand on her man’s chest, in a mustard yellow dress and strappy gold sandals. As for Towns, he paired a black velvet jacket with a T-shirt and matching pants, plus a gold watch and a gold ring on his pinky.
