Kanye West is officially making a comeback on the internet!
The controversial artist has left the social media platform after his insane anti-semitic rant in December 2022 which resulted in the loss of several brand deals, a reduced net worth and an overall backlash from the community.
The rapper, in his usual mysterious and enigmatic style with information like the past, has now returned to Instagram and hinted at rekindling an old relationship with his former business partner.

Taking to his Instagram account, West shocked his 18 million followers after posting a cryptic photo months after staying silent and away from social media.
The record producer shared a photo of a male model wearing a gray turtleneck full body suit and a pair of red branded sunglasses. The striking photo was taken against a neutral themed color background. West went on to tag “Balenciaga” in the post.
Leaving fans to find out the reason behind the unexpected post, the rapper instructed them to write whatever caption they wanted under his post. “Write a caption,” he urged.
Not only did the photo get over 800,000 likes, but his excited fans continued to praise the rapper in the comments section. One fan revealed, writing, “Close encounters like Ye.. You changed my life in the McCormick Place parking lot like 20 years ago.” Another commented, “I forgive you.”
The third complained, “Thank God you’re back. The situation here is very boring.” Singer and rapper Stefflon Don seemed to feel West’s absence the most. He wrote, “Where are you”?
He further quipped, “When it’s time but he still wants to feel it.” An excited fan wrote, “YE is back Bby ?,” while a slightly surprised but happy supporter wrote, “the return of the king ?.”
However, there are disgruntled fans who call the run “The Run”. Someone said, “When the antisemitic allegations are over and the company forgives you.”

Another aggressively asked, “Are you still an antisemite or should we unfollow you altogether”? A third person sarcastically commented, “When you get replaced with a clone but then pretend everything is normal.”
The Designer Brand Previously broke ties with the rapper
Although it seems that things are starting to look bright for the fashion designer, this was not always the case, as Balenciaga turned its back on the rapper during his controversial era.
In October 2022, Balenciaga’s parent company Kering revealed that the French fashion house would no longer work on projects with the West following its anti-Semitic threats.
Responding to questions from news journal WWD after being questioned about their stance on the rapper’s continued irrational behavior, Kering said, “Balenciaga no longer has any relationship or plans for future projects related to this artist.”
It’s worth noting that the “Bound 2” rapper opened the “Balenciaga’s summer 2023” show held in a mud pit during Paris Fashion Week, wearing what appeared to be combat gear, including a designer mouth guard that protected his teeth.
The French fashion house removed the image of the rapper wearing the dress from their website, although the dress was her latest collaboration with Balenciaga’s artistic director “Demna.”
Among other questionable actions West has taken, which caught the attention of the media coincidentally was YZY’s surprise show he staged in Paris in which he featured a T-shirt with the slogan “White Lives Matter” along with a monologue in which he prided himself on being “unruly.”
Faced with public backlash against the controversial show, West has continued to publicly attack everyone from fashion editors to former friend and luxury mogul Bernard Arnault. His irrational actions got him suspended from Twitter and Instagram for violating the platform’s policy on hate speech.

The “Donda” rapper is not the only one in the partnership who has experienced public rejection and criticism for his controversial stance. Balenciaga also has its fair share.
Not immune to public scrutiny and criticism, the luxury fashion brand came under fire following its questionable ad campaign featuring a “teddy bear dressed in slavery” in late November.
Despite the escalating scandal and broken collaboration, the father of four considered it appropriate to take his wife Bianca Censori shopping at the designer store at that crucial time.
As reported by The Blast, Yeezy and Censori founders, photographed by the paparazzi, were seen going about their business at the Balenciaga store in Beverly Hills.
While West wore his usual all-black ensemble, with big black boots to complete his look, his beautiful wife looked stylish, dressed in a puffy yellow coat and a pair of thigh-high black boots.
