Actress Kate Bosworth is settling her divorce amid rumors that she recently got engaged to actor Justin Long.
The “Remember the Titans” actress, born Catherine Anne Bosworth, was married to film director and writer Michael Polish from 2013 to 2021. In new court documents, obtained by The Blast, the former couple finally settled the terms of their divorce.

As The Blast previously reported, the “Blue Crush” actress has been adamant that she won’t pay child support to her ex-husband and it looks like she won’t, according to new court documents obtained by The Blast on Friday.
The “Beyond the Sea” actress will be able to keep all of her intellectual property, and the two will keep their separate properties in Montana, while Bosworth will also keep her property in Pasadena, California.
Interestingly, Kate will have custody of the former couple’s horse, Rombi.

Bosworth will be able to keep his Audi while Poland will keep ownership of his Jeep Wrangler and some of his motorcycles. The couple began dating in 2011 when he directed her in “Big Sur.” They announced their engagement a year later and were married on August 31, 2013, in Montana.
In August 2021, the couple announced that they had separated citing irreconcilable differences. Although Bosworth and Poland have no children together, she is stepmother to Jasper, Poland’s daughter from a previous marriage. Poland was previously married to Jo Strettell from 1998 to 2004.
