Kevin Spacey Claims He Never Had Sex With One Of His Accusers

According to reports from Page Six, Kevin Spacey recently appeared in a London court to give evidence in his trial regarding allegations of sexual assault involving four men.
During her testimony, the actress involved discussed her interactions with one of her accusers, stating that although he touched her in a “romantic and intimate way,” they never had sex because her accuser “didn’t want to go any further.”
Spacey, who describes himself as a “big tease”, said his accuser was “funny and charming” and he liked her a lot.
“We had fun together. We laugh a lot,” said the “House of Cards” star, per NBC.
While the testimony seems to imply that the two had a consensual relationship, previous statements from the alleged victim contradict Spacey’s claims.
The unidentified individual testified that Spacey was a “sexual predator” who once grabbed her crotch while she was driving.
Prosecutor Calls Kevin Spacey A ‘Sexual Bully’

The anonymous individual’s statement was similar to that of the prosecution, which called Spacey a “sexual bully.”
“A man who has no respect for boundaries or personal space, a man who, it seems, delights in making others feel helpless and uncomfortable — a sexual bully,” attorney Christine Agnew said in a statement about the case in June.
He also noted that the actor, who came out as gay in 2017, has a “preferred method of attack,” which is aggressively grabbing “other men in the crotch.”
Per Page Six, Spacey now faces 12 charges, including “three counts of indecent assault and seven counts of sexual assault.” He was also charged with one count of having sex with an unwilling participant.
The alleged abuse against the four defendants in the case is said to have taken place between 2004 and 2015 when he was artistic director of London’s Old Vic Theatre.
Kevin Spacey is confident of proving himself innocent

Despite the enormity of the accusations leveled against him, Spacey feels confident that he will emerge victorious at the end of his trial.
He revealed this in a recent statement to “Good Morning America,” where he expressed his displeasure with the Crown Prosecution Service’s decision to “move forward” with charges against him.
“While I am disappointed with their decision to move forward, I will voluntarily appear in the UK as soon as can be arranged and defend myself against these charges, which I am confident will prove my innocence,” he said, per Page Six.
It comes after Rosemary Ainslie, head of the Crown Prosecution Service’s Special Crimes Division, revealed mid-last year that “criminal proceedings against Mr Spacey are active.”
“The Crown Prosecution Service reminds all concerned that criminal proceedings against Mr Spacey are active and that he has a right to a fair trial,” he said at the time.
His Career Collapsed After Sexual Assault Allegations

Whether the trial swings in Spacey’s favor or not, the actor’s career has been drastically derailed by the allegations.
After the allegations came out, he was fired from “House of Cards” after starring on the show for five seasons. His role as Frank Underwood was later rewritten, and his co-star, actor Robin Wright, took a more prominent position as the show’s lead for the sixth season.
Additionally, Spacey’s scene in the 2017 film “All the Money in the World” was reshot with Christopher Plummer playing J. Paul Getty instead of Spacey. Director Ridley Scott decided to rework the scene even though the film was in the final stages of production.
Amidst his ordeal, he appeared in the 2022 film “Once Upon A Time In Croatia,” in which he played Franjo Tudjman, the late Croatian leader, known as an ethno-nationalist fanatic. He also has two movies on the way, titled “Peter Five Eight” and “Control.”
