Global fashion powerhouse Balenciaga has added reality TV star and business mogul Kim Kardashian as its newest brand ambassador.
Kardashian took to Instagram to issue a statement, stating that their partnership was built on “mutual trust and a commitment to doing the right thing.”
The partnership comes a year after the luxury label faced a scandal involving BDSM-themed images of children, with Kardashian also receiving fire for not severing ties with the brand.
At the time, she claimed to be “shaken” and “disgusted” by the images but has since continued to appear in ads for Balenciaga’s upcoming summer 2024 collection.
