Creditors want what they’re owed from Kim Zolciak and her husband, Kroy Biermann.
The couple’s financial challenges have escalated as Kim faces new credit card demands, while a separate judge recently ordered his partner to pay a five-figure sum. The new suit comes shortly after The Blast obtained legal documents showing that Kroy’s lawyers filed suit against him for unpaid legal bills.

According to new court documents, Chase Bank has now sued Kim for the outstanding balance of $4,624.02. The financial institution attached several account statements to show that the reality television star had been behind in payments since November 2022.
They claim that the balance has grown and are now seeking payment. It’s worth noting that Kroy is also facing a lawsuit from Chase Bank over another credit card account, where they claim he owes about $13,000.
In another unrelated case, the former NFL player is facing a judgment in which Discover is suing him over alleged outstanding balances that have ballooned to $11,275.45. In a new legal document obtained by TMZKroy did not formally respond to the lawsuit, which led to the default judgment.

The judge has now ruled that he must pay a combined total of $111 in court costs. As previously mentioned, Kim and Kroy have faced a series of similar lawsuits recently, including one from the latter’s legal representative. In the filing, attorneys assert that the Montana native owes $801.01 in unpaid fees and services to the firm.
As previously stated, he claimed that the amount may increase due to the 1.5% monthly interest rate on all outstanding balances until the firm is fully compensated for the legal services offered.
The amount is interesting because of the former professional athlete’s financial background, especially compared to his income from football and Kim’s income from reality television.
While it remains to be determined whether the suit will proceed through small claims court or if it will be a regular civil case, the fact that Kroy’s lawyers are taking legal action over a relatively modest amount for one of them raises questions.
Most of these questions are about whether the lawyer, through the suit, intends to make the 38-year-old man’s financial problems public.

Among the items listed for the Instagram sale are handbags and shoes, including a Chanel Shearling bag listed for $5,900 and a gray Louis Vuitton purse for $4,500. Other items offered during the sale are her Gucci mink heels, marked at $1,250, and Balmain plastic heels, available for $600.
In addition to dealing with debt concerns, Kim’s sudden sale represents a positive development in her relationship with Kroy amid their divorce. In fact, some see it as a potential peace deal for her estranged husband, especially since she kept the proceeds of her previous sale.
In an Instagram Story update, the 45-year-old shared a video featuring shoes from her and Kroy’s closet available for sale. The first story highlights a pair of B23 Dior X Hajime Sorayama high heels adorned with cherry blossoms.
He said of the shoes, “These are Dior Kroy shoes. This is so cute; they are worn once. Excellent condition, perfect condition, I must say. Very cute!”
In detail, he reveals, “Men’s Dior shoes size 13. $800,” via text throughout the clip. Afterward, she presented black and white Christian Louboutin shoes from her partner’s collection, priced at $600 while upping the ante.
The Instagram Story series ended with Kim showing off her Gucci mink lace-up boots, featuring gold and black detailing, a platform heel and a mink pom pom at the lace end.
He emphasized that, unlike the shoes from Kroy’s Wardrobe, the shoes were in pristine condition.
