“I’m actually still good friends with Matt. Matt is the nicest human being on the planet. He’s a great guy. I met him when I was 18, the second half of my senior year.”
While this is the first time the Teen Choice Award nominee has revealed her mystery boyfriend’s last name, fans have assumed for years that it was the former University of Southern California quarterback.

“He is a five-year senior at USC. He was on top of the world that year. I’m really excited about it, obviously, like there’s no chill. It’s a big deal for me,” Cavallari further confirmed on his “Back to the Beach” podcast.
Colletti later joked that Leinart – who is now married to Josie Loren – was the businesswoman’s “first quarterback” before she got involved with Jay Cutler, the former Chicago Bears quarterback whom she recently divorced after ten years of marriage.
After admitting that she’s been with “a few athletes,” the “Cheerleader Camp” actress went on to give an insight into what athletes would make the best partners, when she said:
“This is my deal. I met a hockey player. For me, right now in my life where I’m at, it’s more about the schedule. So baseball, they go all the time. Basketball, they lose all the time. Football is reasonable. Hockey, they’ve gone a long way, but it can be done.”
“Honestly, I don’t want to say anything that I will regret, but I don’t think I want to meet another athlete. I have done that. I want to leave it in the past,” he told Colletti.
It looks like Cavallari is serious about not dating any more athletes, as she was recently linked to model and general contractor Tyler Cameron. The Blast stated that the couple was caught on camera making out with each other at a New Year’s Eve party.
Multimedia content of their time together has been shared on social media by their colleagues, proving to fans that the two are more than just friends, as Cavallari previously claimed. In one recording, the Colorado-born blonde and Cameron set hearts aflutter as they moved their bodies to the beat of the music.

Cavallari Gets Candid About Breast Lifts
While fans attribute her beautiful, youthful appearance after welcoming three children to having good genes, Cavallari has assured them that the surgery helped with at least one of her features. The “Uncommon James” founder revealed that she underwent breast lift surgery to improve their shape after years of breastfeeding her children when a fan asked:
“Are your breasts real? They look great! (The mother of 2 children is jealous here ?).”
Despite having to work on her breasts, there are certain routines the actress won’t use to look younger. One example is undergoing facial surgery, as The Blast points out.
“I’m not knocking Botox or fillers; to each his own. I just think for me and my life, it’s not for me. They scare me, to be honest, because we don’t know the long-term effects of the substance. I think we should embrace aging!,” Cavallari stated in an interview in March 2021.
The Loyola Marymount University alum also noted that she likes her expressive face, something that will change if she opts for Botox.
