A California court has finally awarded half of Stephen “tWitch” Boss’s estate to his wife, Allison Holker. In February, Allison had to petition the court to prove that she was actually Stephen’s wife.
On December 14, 2022, Allison confirmed that her husband had died after committing suicide. Since his death, he has made various tributes to their three children, Weslie, Maddox and Zaia, assuring them of his love.

According to official court documents published by E! News, the California Superior Court has settled the estate of Boss Stephen “tWitch”. The court convened on April 26 and officially awarded Allison Holker, Stephen’s wife, half of his financial income as a producer, choreographer and investor.
The decision was made about four months after Stephen committed suicide and left no Will, as reported by Explosion. In February of this year, Allison officially filed a California Spousal Property Petition to prove that she is Stephen’s wife. The couple shares three children, Weslie Fowler, Maddox Laurel Boss, and Zaia Boss.
In the petition, Allison’s lawyer wrote that Stephen was “of no value” when they got married. They added that the dancer never received “any assets by gift, devise or bequest during the marriage, and all existing assets were acquired during the marriage, based on the work, skill and effort of the parties.”
The half of Stephen’s estate given to Allison includes income from his shares of Stephen Boss Productions, Inc. There are also benefits from his investment with Goldman Sachs, royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services, and royalties from Disney.
