According to official court documents published by E! News, the California Superior Court has settled the estate of Boss Stephen “tWitch”. The court convened on April 26 and officially awarded Allison Holker, Stephen’s wife, half of his financial income as a producer, choreographer and investor.

The decision was made about four months after Stephen committed suicide and left no Will, as reported by Explosion. In February of this year, Allison officially filed a California Spousal Property Petition to prove that she is Stephen’s wife. In the petition, Allison’s lawyer wrote that Stephen was “of no value” when they got married.
