Lindsie Chrisley is getting candid about how co-parenting works with her ex-husband.
Chrisley has been married to her ex-husband, Will Campbell, for nine years, and they have been separated for about two years. However, they appear to have a civil co-parenting relationship.
The “Chrisley Knows Best” star recently explained how they handle co-parenting, revealing that while they don’t celebrate the holidays as a family, they always put their son Jackson first and make sure to maintain boundaries in their relationship.

During one of Chrisley’s latest Instagram Q&A sessions, a curious follower wanted to know if her son wanted to do things with just him and his father or if they all spent time together sometimes.

In response, he shared, “Not anymore. We touched a little bit on this last week on the “Coffee Convo Podcast” and the healthiest co-parenting household.” The 33-year-old explained that they don’t celebrate the holidays together but “do one-on-one birthdays separately.”
He further mentioned, “If there’s a holiday that one of us has him, like Valentine’s Day, for example – I’ll send breakfast and a gift basket.” Giving more insight, Chrisley revealed that she was allowed into her ex-husband’s house, and she was allowed to be in his house, but with “respect and boundaries and not overdoing it” despite the divorce.
Parents also make appearances together at their child’s school and some events where they keep things in good shape. In his words:
“We attend sporting events for Jackson, school socials, open houses, etc., together. For sports, we are friendly and try to sit in the same area so Jackson only has to see one place.?.”
The reality star’s statement was written on a photo of her and her baby boy cuddling. Jackson’s face is obscured as he kisses his mother’s cheek as she smiles at the camera.
Chrisley’s revelation about her parenting situation may prompt fans to recall when she hinted earlier this year about the possibility of her and Campbell getting back together. At the time, he posted a video on his Instagram Story that answered a question that had been asked continuously for some time.
The question is: “Do you think this might be God’s plan to bring you and Will back together?” The mother of one, dressed casually in a black hoodie, gray undershirt, and a red hat, replied that while she understands people’s curiosity about the subject, she doesn’t have a concrete answer because she doesn’t know God’s plan for the future.
He went on to say, “All I can do is pray for God’s will to be done, whatever it is, if it is for us to be happy in our relationships with others. So that’s what I hope for. Whatever God’s will for it to be done.” Chrisley added that she and her ex are in a better place and have dated several people since their divorce.

He later pointed out that they have gone through significant growth following their split and are in a different place in their lives than when they were together.
As fans know, news of the estranged couple’s split broke when they both announced it on their personal social media pages. In Chrisley’s update, she began with, “When one door closes, another opens,” before telling her followers about her and Campbell’s split.
His message read, “With the deepest sadness, after nine years of marriage, Will & I have decided to end our marriage. We maintain the utmost respect & love for each other, & we are very grateful for our time together.”

Earlier in July, Chrisley showed she had moved on from her ex when she revealed her new boo on Instagram, causing many of her fans to have a field day.
She went on vacation with her boyfriend, Trent, to Playa del Carmen in Mexico and shared the cutest photos, including two slides featuring Trent’s face for the first time. He was caught shirtless and wearing dark shades grinning next to her as they leaned on the couch.

The South Carolina native gushed about her “amazing experience” with her lover in the caption, as she confessed that it was everything she wanted.
She also appreciates her loving boyfriend for being “considerate” and openly loving her without failing to remind her of his love every day.
