‘Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood’ star Masika Kalysha isn’t backing down from her plan to invalidate her marriage to Jamar Champ!
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star recently slammed her ex-girlfriend for allegedly “cheating,” citing it as the reason for their annulment. She also asked for sole custody of the couple’s daughter along with other demands indicating her willingness to cut all ties with Champ.
Masika Kalysha Waived Her Right to Spousal Support in Annulment of Marriage
In the petition to end her marriage, Kalysha checked the “fraud” box under the reasons for her marriage annulment. This is an unexpected choice as most celebrities usually choose “irreconcilable differences,” however, his actions reflect something dire going on behind the scenes.
The TV personality went on to ask that the court end his ability to award spousal support. As for the couple’s daughter, Amari H. Champ, she is asking for sole legal and physical custody of their child while granting visitation rights to her ex-husband.
However, his ability to access Amari comes with some restrictions from Kalysha. The mother of two children requested that both parties attend child custody mediation or court-recommended child custody counseling.

“Only a hundred times. You know, it’s a big difference from taking your daughter to a sold-out arena to see her dad than taking her to an institution like that. But, you know, at the end of the day, it’s still his dad. So we’ll do the job, and he’ll be home soon. And you guys make sure to keep streaming his music so I can get my check.”
