It’s either that Kim Kardashian is a big fan of “House of the Dragon,” or she just likes chopping off heads — either way, we can’t get enough of her channeling her inner Rhaenyra, or is it Daemon?
Ahead of the second season premiere of the Kardashian-Jenner clan’s hit reality show, “The Kardashians,” the family decided to have a little fun with show host James Corden and take part in a hilarious spoof of the beloved HBO series.
Introducing The Targashians!
On Thursday, members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan teamed up with Corden to show off their acting skills while hopping on the “House of the Dragon” train. This time, however, they played it up, starring in their own version titled “The Targashians Take Over Westeros.”
The scene opens with Corden cosplaying Viserys Targaryen as King Keith Targashian. King Corden, dressed in full “HOTD” attire, addressed the assembly and told of his desire to pardon the offender, Grayson Lannister.
However, his speech was interrupted by his younger sister, Kim Targashian, holding a Lannister head. He cut off his head. The siblings argue over who is in charge, much like how Viserys and his younger brother Daemon Targaryen argued in the “Game of Thrones” prequels.
The hilarious spoof is a combination of the HBO drama and Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” as we continue to see Kim make confessions like she does on her family’s reality show.
“I mean, Keith is king now but let’s be honest, he wouldn’t be anywhere without me,” Kim said as Keith declared in his victory speech that the Iron Throne was his alone.
The “KUWTK” alum referred to the many thriving businesses under her belt, saying, “I run an armory clothing line, a grayscale cosmetics company, prison reform…oh body butter” — meaning SKIMS, KKW Beauty and her prison reform mission.
Next, we see Kim reassure Keith that “family always comes first” by giving him a smoothie, but it turns out to be poison. When Keith’s smoothie-tasting bodyguard dies, he calls mom — none other than momager Kris Jenner.
In the parody, Kris holds the title of Momager of Dragons and tries to quell the drama between her children. Kim’s Sports Illustrated cover is referred to in the spoof as Jester Illustrated, while Khloe Kardashian’s newborn son gets an honorable mention for having a dragon egg.
Eventually, Keith and Kim reconciled and decided to share the Iron Throne, but just like in the original series where cliffhangers were the order, “The Targashians Take Over Westeros” was no different. As Keith and Kim enjoy the iron throne, a figure appears from the shadows with an ax and cuts off the crown.
It turns out Kylie Jenner is holding a bloody ax and proclaiming, “there’s only one king in this kingdom, and that’s King Kylie the bitch!”
Fans Have Mixed Feelings About Kardashian Parody
The hilarious hoax video has received over 80,000 views on YouTube and several comments from fans. While some users absolutely loved their favorite reality stars cosplaying as Targaryens, others weren’t so impressed.

One fan wrote, “these girls are marketing geniuses. It will always stick in your head,” while another commented, “I’m not gonna lie… I’m going to watch 8 seasons.”
This netizen said, “This is the most hysterical thing I’ve seen this year. Rise And SHINe, ThE ThRoNe Is Mine,” while this Kardashian-Jenner die-hard fan stated, “This is a brilliant combination lol And they say Kim and family have no talent? Give them a script, and they will execute it brilliantly.”
However, the response wasn’t great on Twitter, with many claiming the spoof was “creepy”. One fan stated, “This really offends me. We will send greetings soon.”
