Gymnast Nastia Liukin Gets Wet With Asymmetric Cut Swimsuit!
In her latest Instagram video, set to Aime Simone’s song “As It Was,” the 2008 Olympic All-Around Champion shared a video of herself standing on the steps of a pool. She had her long blonde hair tied back as she stretched and warmed up before adjusting the damp fabric of her swimsuit.
She wore a black-and-white asymmetric swimsuit that featured a black-and-white strap over one shoulder. White fabric wrapped around her chest while black cloth hugged her lower body, leaving cutouts to show the definition in her toned stomach.

In the caption, Nastia wrote, “PSA: You ARE good enough. For anyone who needs this reminder today: Don’t let anyone put you in a box (especially one you don’t fit) Don’t let anyone control your narrative. Don’t let anyone control success you. And definitely, don’t ever let anyone control your worth.”
Fans were quick to cheer him on. “You are always more than good enough, Nastia!” commented a fan. “It gives… an icon,” another follower chimed in. “He sure is a great diver!” the third fan spurts. “So much to be proud of,” shared another follower.

Other followers couldn’t help but wonder if the five-time Olympic medalist’s caption was a sign of his sudden exit from “Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test.”
During the episode aired on January 11, he decided to leave the competition after his stars, notably former British-American freestyle skier Gus Kenworthy, felt that he received special treatment during a task where he had to be submerged in a car in water and hold his breath for twenty seconds.

The 2005 world champion on the balance beam had concerns that a previous injury would hinder his ability to complete the task and asked someone to sit in the chair next to him.
Nastia was able to complete the task on her own, but some of her friends complained about how long it took her to get into the water, as well as receiving the “special treat” of having someone sit next to her.

It seems that all the negative talk went to Nastia’s head, as she quickly decided that she wasn’t “really” up to the task and decided to voluntarily withdraw from the show.
Fans were disappointed to see him go, and, looking back, the 2005 world champion on the uneven bars said he wished he hadn’t let their criticism affect his state of mind.

In an interview with E! News after her passing, Nastia admitted, “I definitely let someone’s words get to me,” adding, “I let other people’s thoughts about me determine my worth and determine my inner progress and success and the mental strength I thought I had. and made to that level.”
“I believe that I left because my integrity was at stake and I don’t take that lightly,” he continued. “I didn’t win the Olympics with special treatment and I don’t want to receive special treatment. Now, I realize I allowed my own perception of myself to be influenced by other people’s words.”

During the episode, the 2005 world champion in the balance beam said that she was quite adamant that she didn’t want any help and wanted to take part in the task on her own terms.
However, in the end, he received a staff member who sat next to him in the vehicle as the water poured in. “I was pretty adamant about saying no because that’s not fair,” he said. “No one else gets it.”

Although his rant got him off the show, the 33-year-old athlete doesn’t hold any ill will towards his teammates. “That person probably doesn’t mean it at the moment,” Nastia said, most likely referring to Gus.
“We all laughed about the lack of sleep and poor nutrition. I don’t blame anyone for what they say. I am only responsible for how I react to those words.”

Now, of course, she wonders what would have happened if she had stayed on the show a little longer. “After months of thinking about this, obviously, I think it’s a lesson I’ve learned,” he said. “We can’t go back to the past and we can’t change anything.”
