Nicki Minaj has had enough of being a blogger. So, he took legal action against the woman who used ‘Nosey Heaux’ after he accused the rapper of being a drug addict.

We already know the rapper is letting his lawyer talk about this, though we’ve all seen him go toe-to-toe with almost no one in the applause department.
The rapper is suing Marley Green, a blogger who has sided with Cardi B in the two stars’ ongoing feud. Green decided to use his platform to inform fans that Nicki was on drugs.., alleged but apparently not charged. In a video posted on Monday, he claimed the rapper was “pushing all this cocaine, putting all this cocaine up his nose. Like. Thank you,” he quipped.
The sarcasm was front and center as he continued. “Conjecture. But we all know it’s true. “F–k-listen, I can’t say it like that because I, we all know it’s true. I don’t say it like that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.”

The “Super Freak Girl” rapper claims that Green has been maintaining this kind of behavior for a long time now and he can’t take it anymore. Not only has he accused a mother of smoking drugs, but in the past, he has made “vile” comments about Nicki’s 1-year-old son.
Green doesn’t seem to mind saying things like Nicki’s entire lineage is evil and imploring the rapper to get her own therapy because, “Your baby’s gonna be a rapist too.”
The blogger was referring to Nicki’s husband Kenneth Petty’s rape charges, which she and Nicki are currently fighting.

In a legal document obtained by TMZ, Nicki refers to Nosy Heaux and her blog as “nobodies”, claiming that “Green’s main achievements in life are a string of felony charges, bail jumping and bad debts,” miss Nicki doing her job, baby.
The rapper’s legal team believes that Green’s post continues to be dangerous to this day because of the traction it has gained and Nicki is concerned for her fans and others who believe what Green says.
Nicki’s attorney Judd Burstein commented that Green’s post about Nicki being a “cokehead” had traction on Twitter. To be exact, 2,000 likes and more than 250 retweets, attracting more people every day that it’s posted.

Burstein went on to state that Minaj didn’t see the value of the money she wanted Green to stop blogging under a catchy name.
“When this case is settled, he will no longer be allowed to use the name “Nosey Heaux” because we will take his trademark from him when he does not have enough money to pay the judgment. Anyone who spreads lies about Nicki will suffer the same fate.”
The tough-talking lawyer didn’t stop there, he stated that he had orders to act tough if necessary. “My instructions are to aggressively sue anyone who has a media or social media following who damages it with deliberate lies. Eventually, the lesson will be learned.”

unlucky! Let that be a lesson to anyone who opposes rap queens. As for Nosy Heaux, he’s been tight-lipped so far about this whole ordeal, but we’re inclined to believe that this won’t last too long. Something tells us he’s not afraid to speak his mind.
He is clearly not afraid of being sued. The case is ongoing.
