Who says genuine connections can’t be built in the Hollywood industry?! Well, Nicola Peltz and Selena Gomez have proved the doubting Thomases wrong, after forming an unbreakable bond with each other.
The two beautiful actresses caused a stir online after they launched their new friendship in November 2022 by hosting a girls’ night, celebrating the release of Gomez’s documentary, “My Mind And Me.”
Since then they have become a fan favorite. Peltz recently put the icing on the cake after declaring that Gomez is his “sister”.

Opening up about the status of her friendship with Gomez, the “Bates Motel” actor during a chat with COSMOPOLITAN, revealed everything there is to know about her friendship with the singer.
When asked how they became close, she said, “I met him once a few years ago, and then we all went to this event in September, the Academy Gala.”
“The Last Airbender” actor added, “We just clicked and had the best time. And then we became very, very close. I feel like he’s my soulmate.”
Peltz, who became emotional as she spoke, expressed her love for Gomez. In his words, “I love him so much. He is truly one of the greatest people I have met in my entire life.”
He went on to describe the “Icecream” singer as “the kindest person.” He said, “Truly, his heart is gold. I think I’ve known him forever.” As for Gomez’s relationship with Peltz’s husband, Brooklyn Beckham, luckily for all three, they all get along. She revealed, saying, “Oh my God. We were like, ‘Yeah, we’re a band.’ The three of us are good friends.”

While Peltz and Gomez’s friendship appears to be still fresh, that hasn’t stopped tongues from wagging endlessly about the longevity of their relationship.
According to The Blast, the two entertainers melted hearts after they posted a photo that revealed the memories they shared during their New Year’s Eve trip to Los Cabos.
Taking to their different Instagram accounts to show off their sweet bond, the actors looked gorgeous in matching “Valentino” mini dresses. Designer clothes, made complete with private labels, feature silver.
Posing side-by-side for the camera, Peltz and Gomez held hands while matching their ensembles with the brand’s signature shoes — a pair of see-through peep-toe sandals.
Completing the whole twin vibe they were going for, the pair sported similar hairstyles, as their hair was styled into sleek ponytails. Peltz expressed his love for Gomez in the post, writing, “I love you my angel forever.”!!!
As expected, the heartwarming display of affection evoked various reactions from the two’s supporters. One person wrote, “Y’all don’t understand how happy I am that Nicola is Selena’s friend now ❤️.”

According to The Blast, the singer seemed to predict having a close relationship with Brooklyn last year. Keep in mind that in 2015, rumors spread that Gomez and Beckham were in a same-sex relationship.
Dispelling the rumors during an interview with Andy Cohen on “Watch What Happens Live,” she said, “How old is she? Isn’t she sixteen? Now I know I look sixteen, but I’m 23, like no, I just watched a movie with Chloe (his ex-girlfriend), and she was brilliant.”
