NJ political boss kicked out of Philadelphia Eagles suite after draping Israel flag

New Jersey Democrat political boss George Norcross was apparently kicked out of a Philadelphia Eagles game on Sunday for flying an American-Israeli flag from his luxury suite.

Norcross, 67, is a power broker whose support is sought after in the Garden State seen on the video posted to X was confronting security officials at Lincoln Financial Field, where he was watching the Eagles play the Dallas Cowboys.

He was filmed shouting and pointing at security guards before being taken away.

Meanwhile, another security officer reached over and tore down his flag — showing an American flag on one side and an Israeli flag on the other, in a clear sign of support for the Jewish state.

Lincoln Financial Field doesn’t have any specific policy against displaying flags, but its policy on signs and banners says security can remove anything “potentially offensive.

“Signs, banners or similar items that are obscene or indecent, unrelated to the event, potentially offensive to other patrons, capable of blocking the view of other fans or otherwise deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the Eagles are prohibited,” he said.

But the fans at X point out that the flag hangs on the bannister, and doesn’t block anyone’s view.

“I’M WITH GEORGE NORCROSS ON THIS… not Philadelphia @Eagles,” civil rights attorney Steven Goldstein posted.

“George displayed the US-Israel flag from his own box, which he paid for, at today’s game. Eagles safety physically removed him,” he wrote.

“The Eagles apologize to George and to the Jewish community #IStandWithIsrael.”

The Post reached out to Lincoln Financial Field and the Philadelphia Eagles for comment.

The Norcross family has previously expressed its support for Israel, with George’s brother Donald, a New Jersey Democrat, joining a congressional delegation to visit the Jewish state just three days after Hamas launched its surprise attack on October 7.

Donald was seen in a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and issued a statement afterwards confirming his support for the country.

“It is important for me and my friends to go to Israel to show the strength of the US-Israeli relationship and the undivided bipartisanship, bicameralism for Israel and the Jewish people,” he said at the time.

“Israel is our closest and most important ally in the Middle East, and they need our support now more than ever.”
