Miss USA 2023 Noelia Voigt who was crowned Miss Utah USA 2023 competed in several pageants before she managed to win the highest honor in the American pageant. The most recent event was held at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno on September 29.
The pageant was held for the first time under the direction of fashion designer Laylah Rose, who took over as president of the Miss USA Organization last month after Crystal Stewart resigned over suspicions the 2022 pageant was rigged in favor of R’Bonney.
Miss Hawaii Savannah Gankiewicz took second place, followed by Miss Wisconsin Alexis Loomans, Miss Pennsylvania Jasmine Daniels, and Miss Texas Lluvia Alzate in that order.
