The 20-year-old wore a revealing one-piece with a blue base with a green smiley print that complemented her flawlessly tanned skin. It has halter-style straps that help highlight her toned arms and shoulders. The scoop neckline, meanwhile, showcases her décolletage.

Dragoi’s swimsuit cinched in at the waist, highlighting her flat stomach and hourglass silhouette. The bold high-cut design leaves the athlete’s curved hips and sculpted pins fully exposed for her fans to admire. Also noticeable is the thong cut of the swimsuit which reveals her perky rear.

Perfect Stroke

The clip sees Dragoi swimming in a pool and away from the camera. In the next segment, she does a butterfly stroke as she approaches the edge of the pool.

The swimmer wears sunglasses and a yellow headgear.

“Butterfly Wednesday ?” Dragoi wrote in the caption.

The Romanian native stands out as one of the most followed NCAA swimmers on Instagram. This summer, she made an appearance at New York Swim Week and walked the runway at the city’s Fashion Week earlier this month.

Dragoi’s fame earned her nicknames, such as “The World’s Sexiest Swimmer” and “The Olivia Dunne of the Pool.”

Despite her strong online presence, the swimmer still cannot monetize her name, image or likeness (NONE) due to visa laws.

Visa Restrictions

As reported by Yahoo, Dragoi faces limitations in pursuing legalization due to F-1 visa regulations. Current law prohibits international students from monetizing their image or likeness while residing in the United States. Although international athletes can engage in collective marketing efforts where third parties manage these activities, promoting products independently on social media can affect their visa status.

Although students are allowed to participate in campaigns in other countries, they are restricted from signing with talent agencies. As a result, Dragoi assumes responsibility for coordinating any authentication outside of the US on its own.

“I did it all by myself,” Dragoi told SwimSwam. “It made me learn a lot from the process and how to manage everything. Everyone thinks I have a [management] team behind me at this point, and I was like, ‘No.’”

Dragoi supported himself by working 20 hours per week as a lifeguard at San Jose State, because it was “the only job” he could take while an international student.

“Everybody was like, ‘Oh my God, he’s a savior.’ But the thing is, I have no other choice. It’s the only work I can do, being on campus, because of my visa,” explained Dragoi.

“It’s hustle and bustle after hustle and bustle that will be easier if we can monetize our NIL. Life here is very expensive,” he added.
