Osbourne, better known as the Prince of Darkness, had an illustrious career, selling over 100 million records. However, he announced his retirement from touring earlier this year after revealing his battle with mild Parkinson’s disease in 2020, although his diagnosis dates back to 2003.

The “Crazy Train” singer attributed his health challenges to a fall in 2019, causing a metal rod in his back, which was placed there after a quad bike accident in 2003 at his home in Buckinghamshire, to dislodge.

Detailing the complications from the subsequent surgery, he shared with Rolling Stone UK, “The second surgery went drastically wrong and almost paralyzed me. I thought I was going to get up and run after the second and third, but with the last one they put—– a rod in my spine.”
