It looks like Paris Hilton is finally ready to open up about her IVF journey just a year after tying the knot with Carter Reum.
The “Sliving” entrepreneur, 41, began dating venture capitalist Carter Reum, 41, in December 2019. The couple got engaged a day before Valentine’s Day on February 13, 2021. They tied the knot last November 11 in a ceremony in Los Angeles.
They have been newlyweds for more than a year, and now that the honeymoon period is over, it seems the author of “Confessions of an Heir” is ready to start settling down and growing his family.

On Thursday, the “Paris In Love” star took part Twitter to share a brief update on her fertility journey. “For those who ask, me & my husband want to enjoy our first year of marriage as a couple & us [were] planning to start our family in 2023,” he tweeted. “IVF is a journey for everyone but we are very lucky as we have many healthy embryos ready & waiting. Excited to be a mom in 2023!”

The “House of Wax” actress posted a longer message to her Instagram Story. “I get a lot of messages from people asking me about when I gave birth,” Paris said. “Actually, my husband and I want to enjoy our first year of marriage as a couple and us [were] always planning to start our family in 2023.”

Paris Denies Claims She Is Struggling To Conceive Her First Baby

Paris’ mother, Kathy Hilton, recently told E! News that her daughter was “trying and trying” and mentioned that it was a “struggle” for Paris to conceive a child. She told the outlet, “It breaks my heart because I know he tried and tried and I always said, ‘Just take a break. So many people, they fight, and it doesn’t just happen.'”
TMZ then went to Paris to ask her about her mother’s comments. “I don’t know where he got that from [idea from],” Paris told the outlet. “It was never a struggle at all.” She then added a few more details about her own IVF process. “I have a lot of embryos waiting,” Paris explained. “We’ve saved a lot of them.”

When asked if she struggled emotionally with the IVF process, Paris was quick to say that she and her mother “don’t talk about it.” He also shared some advice for those who are ready to have a baby: “My advice is to do IVF, you will find the right person, but I would not just rely on that. I’m lucky I found my perfect half to do it.”
If all else fails, Paris is asked if she would consider adopting a child. He paused before saying, “I’ll take the dog.”

News, Kathy Hilton did say that Paris and Carter are “very happy” together and enjoying married life. “They are very happy,” he told the outlet. “They had a one-year anniversary at the carnival and they want to do it every year. They are like two children; it’s really sweet.”
In January, “The Simple Life” star told E! Daily Pop News that she wants “maybe two or three” children with her husband. “I wanted twins first… or I don’t know, it’s hard to say,” she admitted. However, she added that she was “looking forward” to being a mother, saying that it was “definitely one of my priorities.”
