Prince Andrew was reported to London’s Metropolitan Police by anti-monarchy group Republic after allegations that he had sexual relations with minors trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein resurfaced in a batch of unsealed court documents released this week.
The disgraced royal — named more than 70 times in nearly 1,000 pages of documents ordered released by Manhattan federal Judge Loretta Preska last month — is accused of participating in sex parties with scores of underage girls on the late pedophile’s private island in the US Virgin. Islands.
A victim referred to as “Jane Doe 3” in court papers also said she was “forced to have sexual relations with this Prince when she was a minor” on Epstein’s private island, in New York and in Ghislaine Maxwell’s London apartment.
Epstein’s accuser at the center of the document dump, Virginia Giuffre, said she was forced to have sex with Andrew three times around 2001 when he was 17 and 18 years old.

Giuffre’s 2015 defamation lawsuit that was settled against Ms. Maxwell, who was convicted, is the source of unsealed documents and renewed interest in the case.
Another of Epstein’s accusers, Johanna Sjoberg, described the time the Duke of York allegedly put his hand on her breast as she sat on his lap for a photo at Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse in 2001 in a newly opened deposition from 2016.
Republic said the newly released documents called for a deeper investigation into Prince Andrew.

“The document is clear that while in London, an individual was forced to have sexual relations with Andrew when he was a minor,” Republic said in a statement posted to X.
“That is why today the Republic reported Andrew to the police, demanding the Met investigate these allegations.”
What we know about Jeffrey Epstein’s list of 170 associates
- On Wednesday, documents were released naming 170 associates of accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. The list includes Michael Jackson, magician David Copperfield, Stephen Hawking, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and former President Bill Clinton – who one of Epstein’s victims said “likes them young, referring to girls.”
- Disgraced royal Prince Andrew, a well-known friend of Epstein, was named in the document and was previously sued by Epstein’s accuser Virginia Giuffre, who accused Andrew of sexually misconducting her. According to a royal family expert, the Firm “will stand by” the Duke of York “no matter what.”
- Epstein’s former lawyer and friend, Alan Dershowitz, defended the multi-millionaire sex offender’s associate, saying: “None of us knew about his private life until he kept it a secret.” Dershowitz, who is on the list, added that no one should be automatically convicted in the court of public opinion simply for appearing in court documents.
- Epstein’s brother, Mark Epstein, told The Post that the former businessman said he could overturn the 2016 election based on what he knew about both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton: “Here’s a direct quote: ‘If I say what I know about both. candidates, they have to cancel the election.’ That’s what Jeffrey told me in 2016.”
- Only some of the 170 names and their connections to Epstein have been released. The remaining documents will likely become public record over the next week.

“It’s simple — royalty should not be above the law. Criminal allegations should always be thoroughly investigated. THAT IS WHY THE MET MUST ACT.”
The Met has not yet commented on the Republic’s demand for a new inquiry into the king.

The police department investigated Giuffre’s claims that Andrew had previously sexually assaulted her and completed the investigation in 2021, but took no action upon completion.
Andrew, who has denied all accusations leveled by Giuffre, settled a civil suit with him in 2022 for millions without pleading guilty.
She was fired from her royal duties due to her relationship with Epstein three years earlier, in 2019.
