An insider who spoke to the news outlet explained how Harry and Meghan would have received more severe consequences if they were in the Welsh family’s position, adding that “the same rules don’t apply to both couples.”
“If Harry and Meghan ever had the same problem, they would be devastated,” the source said.
The insider gave high marks to the former “Suits” actress’ photo awareness of Kate, insisting that Meghan must not make the same mistake her sister-in-law did.
“This is not a mistake Meghan has ever made … she has a sharp eye and an uncanny attention to detail,” they added.

A source close to the royal family also defended her claims, insisting that Kate’s photo was just an “amateur family photo taken by the Prince of Wales, [William].”
The royal source also confirmed that Wales had only made “minor adjustments” in their bid to offer “unofficial” pictures of the family together for Mother’s Day.
A Kensington Palace source added: “The Welsh family spent Mother’s Day together and had a lovely day.”
Kate’s uncle, Gary Goldsmith, also threw in words in her defense, claiming that Prince William and Kate Middleton weren’t actually the ones doing the Photoshop.
