‘RHOBH’ star Diana Jenkins is suing anonymous online bots, claiming she was the victim of their coordinated attacks that made her look like a racist.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the ‘Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ star is trying to unmask the person behind the anonymous social media account, which attacked her co-star — Garcelle Beauvais — making it look like she did it.
Many fans of the reality show became aware of the situation after Jenkins broke her silence on the situation. Garcelle, who is black, was the victim of malicious messages from multiple accounts, as well as her 14-year-old son.

“This is a message that the Defendant intentionally sent to a fourteen-year-old boy about him, his mother, and his family. It was a despicable message. Even though the Defendant had full knowledge that Ms. Jenkins had absolutely nothing to do with this message being sent to Ms. Fourteen-year-old Beauvais or whoever, the Defendant conveyed messages intending that they would be falsely attributed to Ms. Jenkins for the purpose of damaging Ms. Jenkins’ reputation,” he wrote.

Adding, “An investigation into the account confirmed that the comments almost certainly came from a bot and not a real person. For example, the account described above lacks personal information about the user, has a suspicious handle that combines many numbers, several posts and several posts all on the day the same, posted comments with poor grammar, and were made in the past few months.”
For example, malicious messages directed at Beauvais’ son include, “You’d be on your knees if it weren’t for white daddy. Tell your mother to leave Diana alone or you’ll deal with us.”

It should be noted, however, that the two reality stars have been exchanging blows for the past few months — which many consider to be good drama for television. But, Jenkins clarified in the new lawsuit, “Episodes of the Show’s current season have featured confrontations between various cast members, including confrontations between Ms. Jenkins and Ms. Beauvais. However, for Ms. Jenkins and Ms. Beauvais, there is a line that they did not cross during this exchange. Ms. Jenkins respects Ms. Beauvais and her family. Ms. Jenkins does not, and will not, cross over from entertainment to racially charged attacks.”

Interestingly, the ‘RHOBH’ star admitted she doesn’t know who was behind the violent attack, but hopes filing a lawsuit against “John Doe” will allow a judge to order information to be handed over from the social media company.
“This action is intended to unmask and hold accountable the morally bankrupt person who assaulted a child and blamed his actions on Ms. Jenkins,” he concluded.
The reality star plans to issue a subpoena to Meta (the owner of Instagram) to try and get the information behind the account.
Ultimately, Jenkins claims things got so out of control that he had to hire 24/7 security after receiving death threats.

“Diana’s team of security experts advised her to hire four bodyguards because they believed a credible death threat had been made,” a source close to the NY Post told the Post. Adding, “The bodyguard is 24/7. He takes every precaution he can to protect himself and his family.”
Garcelle Beauvais has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
