‘RHOSLC’ Star Jen Shah Shows Off New Tattoos As She Preps For Prison

Convicted “Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City” star Jen Shah has gotten two new tattoos in honor of her husband and children as she prepares to begin her prison sentence.

Shah was sentenced to six-and-a-half years in prison for masterminding a bogus telemarketing scheme targeting adults and was billed to begin serving on Friday, February 17, 2023.

Jen Shah Gets Two New Tattoos

Shah, 49, showed off a new tattoo on his left arm as he prepared to begin his prison term. The former “RHOSLC” star took to her Instagram story to reveal she had the word “Keiki” written on her left arm, which is Hawaiian for “baby” or “child.”

She also debuted another tattoo on her right arm, honoring her husband and children in cursive. She wrote, “Sharrieff, Omar, Sharrieff,” which are the names of her husband and two sons.

After she was sentenced to prison, Shah tearfully apologized to her husband and children. “I am very sorry,” Shah said.

The new tattoo comes just days before he resumes his prison sentence. Shah was convicted of masterminding a telemarketing scheme that cheated the public, especially the elderly.

He was sentenced to 6 and a half years in prison with additional conditions to be met in order for him to regain his freedom.

The television personality took to Instagram to post a thank you to her fans and family for their support throughout her ordeal.

“Thank you to my loyal fans who have continued to support me through this difficult, yet very enlightening time,” he said.

She added, “With the strength of my husband, children, close family and friends – I am ready to tell my true story without any misrepresentation or editing.”

Shah previously declined an opportunity to sit down and talk with “RHOSLC” producer Andy Cohen about the details of his trial and the circumstances surrounding his crime.

He announced on his Instagram page that he would not participate in the one-on-one due to a clause in his contract that allowed the network to “legally make misrepresentations about me and my story, related to any and all topics, before and during my participation. .”

Upon realizing that his actions in the past have hurt many people, he explains that he prefers to remain silent rather than continue the narrative.

“I’d rather stay quiet and wait until I can share my story accurately than continue to have complete lies and misrepresentations about me spread all over the headlines,” she said. “I intend to speak and you will hear from me. I will share my story and this painful part of my life soon.”

He Makes a Vague Note About ‘Truth’

In a now-deleted Instagram post, the mother-of-two shared a cryptic message about “the truth” but almost immediately deleted it.

Although it is not clear what he means, Shah will be required to make restitution payments to his victims equal to approximately 15% of his gross earnings over time.

“I am sorry. My actions have hurt innocent people. I want to apologize by saying, I did everything I could to get funds to pay restitution,” he said after hearing his sentence.

Jen Shah Has Some Conditions To Be Fulfilled Before He Can Get Freedom

Even when his six-and-a-half-year prison term ends, Shah’s freedom may not be fully restored as there are other conditions he must fulfill before he is free.

follow TMZ, he must begin a mental health program after his prison term. The news outlet reported that he will have to undergo a mental health program while he is on supervised release, which is five years after he was sentenced.

He will also be asked to continue taking his medication unless otherwise prescribed by a medical professional. His PO must also know the mental health program he is enrolled in and must approve it.

Shah must also undergo drug testing at least twice during the mental health program to ensure he does not relapse.
