Scheana Shay is resting today with Lala Kent the pre-court atmosphere needed to face Leviss on Wednesday. The mother of someone’s lawyer, Neama Rahmani assured Scheana’s fans that the singer is here and the court will show it.
“We plan to appear in court tomorrow to prove that these allegations are false and that Rachel is lying about the whole thing. Despite reports that Rachel has lifted the temporary restraining order, the case remains on the court calendar for Wednesday, and we will be there to vigorously defend Scheana.”
Rahmini, president of West Coast Trial lawyers shared their plan. If Leviss and his attorney show up in court and want to continue the temporary restraining order, they are ready to fight.
“If they want to continue this tomorrow, we will have to request a continuance to get our witnesses, but we feel very confident that we will prevail in this case.”
Scheana’s Lawyer Calls The Allegations ‘Scurrilous’

Scheana’s layer confirmed that “the case is still on the calendar.” He also made Leviss look like a fool by contradicting him Vanderpump Rules reunion publicity stunt. Last week The Blast shared the news that while filming the highly-anticipated reunion, he handed more legal documents to Scheana.
Only, this time, the document is Leviss’ request to drop the TRO against Summer Moon’s mother. Rahmini kindly shared with The Blast exclusively, “This type of trial cannot be ruled out so we must be present to resolve the matter or seek a continuance to fight these heinous allegations and win.”
Last week we reported, “Rachel had Andy ‘treat’ Scheana with documents during the reunion, but the papers had no legal meaning.” The lawyer went on to explain what the document was. “It’s a request to dismiss the complaint or the civil suit, but Rachel has asked for a permanent restraining order, which is something entirely different.”

This whole mess stems from Leviss claiming that Scheana punched him in the eye after finding out about the full on relationship going on between Tom Sandoval and Leviss. Scheana has not commented publicly on the allegations but according to several friends who are willing to be her spokespeople.
Scheana’s friends like Kristen Doute, Lala Kent, and James Kennedy have all come to her defense and some have even claimed that she is physically incapable of making the fists she calls nails.
