“Selling Sunset” star Chrishell Stause revealed a big surprise on Instagram yesterday: she and her partner of a year, G Flip, are married!
Stause and his musician partner revealed their romance during the fifth season’s “Selling Sunset” reunion; the big reveal comes on the heels of a certain storyline fans only saw in season five, Stause’s breakup with her boss and boyfriend, Jason Oppenheim.
Oppenheim has been openly honest about her feelings for her ex’s new romance. During the fifth season reunion, fans saw a clip of Oppenheim calling Stause the “love of my life” in a conversation with Mary Fitzgerald-Bonnet.
More than a year after the reunion, Oppenheim’s tears have dried, and he is more than ready to celebrate Stause’s wedding!
Stause And G Flip Are Married!

Stause and G Flip, whose stage name is a play on their last name Flipo, sneaked their wedding announcement in an Instagram reel posted by the “Selling Sunset” star yesterday. The reel coincides with the release of G Flip’s latest single, “Be Your Man.”
“Love doesn’t always go as planned… sometimes it’s much better,” Stause began the caption on the reel. The reel includes a demo version of “Be Your Man.”
The reel contains clips from the couple’s first year of dating, and ends with photos from the couple’s wedding! The couple’s marriage came after they sparked marriage rumors following the release of the “Be Your Man” music video. (via The Blast)

At the time of the aforementioned “Selling the Sunset” reunion, Oppenheim revealed to host Tan France that the two still have some sore spots left to work through in their relationship. The ex-partner has definitely worked over any leftover heartbreak, and she wishes her ex and new partner the best of luck!
Oppenheim commented, “I’m so excited for this!! You and G are the most inspiring couple and the love between you two is so pure. I love you two tons and I am so lucky to have you both in my life. ? congratulations!” As of this writing, 56 of Stause’s Instagram followers have responded to Oppenheim’s wish!
The relationship between the former couple seems to have been patched up for a few months now: we reported on Stause’s love of messing around with her ex’s HBO show because she still has his password from last September!
The Duo Thanked Fans For Their Kind Words!
Both reached out to fans to thank them for their kind words after Stause posted the reel.
The 33-second clip was captioned “while both our phones are literally blowing up rn this is what we’re actually doing” Stause added to the video “THANK YOU for all the messages of support!!! Getting to them soon! Very busy, ” she ended the message with a silly face emoji.The clip shows the silly couple trying out different accents!
A day after Stause posted the news of her marriage, she posted a poster for the sixth season of “Selling Sunset” which concluded the premiere date! Season six is notable for being the first season without Christine Quinn and Vander.
The sixth season also features two new cast members, Bri Tiesi and Nicole Young.
Fitzgerald-Bonnet previously discussed his reservations about Tiesi joining the Oppenheim Group.
“I was a little worried when he first came,” she told Scene Design. “I was like, ‘I can’t do any more drama… Please don’t give me more drama…” (per The Blast)
