Shakira’s two sons, Sasha (8) and Milan (10), who she shares with ex-boyfriend Gerard Piqué, appear in the video.
His sons took turns singing the chorus and helping to play the piano. The chorus runs as follows,
“You heal my pain / You make me feel better / I’m here for whatever you need / You come to complete me.”
As for the singer, his son is not shy about asking him to be a part of it.

The lyrics are very poignant, considering her tumultuous and heartbreaking breakup from Piqué. It has long been rumored that the retired FC Barcelona player cheated on Shakira non-stop throughout their 11-year relationship.
Everything in their love story ended unexpectedly last year when Shakira reportedly found evidence of his cheating ways.
They confirmed their separation in June 2022 in a joint statement.
Shakira relies heavily on music and her children to get her through the tough times.
