The chef has come under fire in recent times after his apparently violent outburst over allegations that his girlfriend cheated on him. After the angry video went viral, he was arrested and charged with felony domestic violence but was later acquitted. Now he opens his mouth and talks about the situation again.

The model has been in an on-and-off relationship with “Big Sister” alum Shanna Moakler for several years, and they’re known for their very tumultuous relationship. However, their fight came to a boil when he was arrested on Domestic Violence Charges.
Although he was released on the same day in February, the charges were recently dropped. It must have been a traumatic process for the 29-year-old as he poured out his feelings in a lengthy message on his Instagram story.
“I am humbled and grateful for the court’s decision to drop all charges related to the alleged domestic violence against me,” the statement began. She thanked her attorney Jeffery Vallens, her family, and her friends, who she claims have been by her side since her ordeal. Ending the message, he wrote:
“I love you all so much. Finally, I would like to thank God for always being with me, and I am very lucky to now be able to pursue my dreams and aspirations.”
Regarding his legal troubles, TMZ obtained legal documents showing that the Los Angeles City Attorney charged the Moakler man with battery, misdemeanor domestic violence and vandalism.
The publication also broke the story of how he was caught a few months ago allegedly making love to a former Miss USA during a heated argument. Fans will remember that right after he posted an aggressive video accusing her of cheating on him with their neighbor, he promised not to get back with her.

The “Joey” guest star also claimed she was done with him, especially after he was arrested. Only for her to announce a few days later that she was pregnant for the 29-year-old, which eventually led them to seek couples counseling with Dr. Drew.
After several times they were spotted together, the 47-year-old told the gossip blog, “I’m not demanding. I hope the city attorney respects my wishes and drops everything as well.”

He also hopes that the city of LA will allow him to show them that they made the right choice in dropping all charges against him. The social media influencer referred to himself as “an admirable person, an amazing son, and a deeply respected and loving spouse.”
