Simone Biles is so happy that her dream house is under construction!
The newlyweds and their handsome husband, Jonathan Owens, flooded their DMs with congratulatory messages after they announced in March that they had purchased land to build their family home.
In a recent update shared on her social media pages, Biles eagerly gave fans an idea of what her new home will look like.

The top athlete, who is preparing to return to the gymnastics floor for the 2023 US Classic Championships in August, took time out of her busy schedule to answer questions from her curious fans.

Engaging them through her Instagram Stories through a brief Q&A session, Biles asked her followers to ask her anything and blessed them with an interesting background photo of herself.
In a flash, the athlete looked stunning in a blue strapless sleeveless top and matching baggy trousers. She rocked her long braid and struck a cute pose for the camera. Eager to learn more details about the athlete’s home, one fan asked, “Which part of your new home are you most excited about?”
Answering the question, the famous gymnast revealed, “1) great room – we’re big entertainers. 2) Jonathan would probably say court. He LOVES basketball 3) dog run.”
Another fan was more interested in what Biles is most looking forward to in the new home, asking about the “one thing you’re excited about the new home?”
For her part, Biles revealed, “oh oh ALSO the wet room at our elementary school. I want it to feel like a spa. ?♀️?.” The next question goes, “How can you build in Texas? Do you consider other states to make “home”?
Responding to the individual, the 26-year-old explained, “Texas is always home & always home, no matter where Jonathan plays. He actually loves Texas/Houston so it was easy to choose to build our dream home here.” Adding, she wrote, “We both love Arizona, so I’d say that’s the only other state we’d consider.”
One fan asked, “Least/favorite part of building your own house & what’s married life like?!” Answering the question, he stated, “at least – the time it takes, I don’t have the patience & it’s all out of my control….” He continued, “favorite – a dream come true ? building a house with my people. We can’t wait to grow into it.”
While Biles enjoyed showing off the cool features she plans to install on her home, a few days earlier, she announced to her fans that a lot of progress has been made on the newly purchased land.
The athlete once again took to his Instagram Stories to showcase the impressive pace of development taking place at the property. He uploaded a nine-second clip, giving fans a glimpse of what the land looks like and how construction workers go about their work.
In the video, foundations have been laid on the ground, and wooden structures stand upright on different segments of the vast property. Also captured in the footage was a portable toilet set up in readiness for the workers.
Construction tools such as wooden planks, vehicles carrying building materials, granite stones and ladders are featured in the Story. Although the couple still has a long way to go before their dream home becomes a reality, Biles is thrilled with the land’s progress and gushed in her caption, writing, “I can’t believe we’re building our dream home ??. ”

Biles And Owens Celebrate One Month Of Happy Marriage!
The couple bought their property while still engaged before getting legally married in April and then had their destination wedding in May in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The couple looked adorable on their special day, and as expected, Biles revealed some moments from the ceremony on her Instagram page.
In the image uploaded, the couple share an intimate kiss, while the following slide shows the bride walking down the aisle with her adoptive father, Ronald.
Marking a month together as husband and wife, the happy bride commemorated the milestone with new photos from their glamorous wedding.
In the stunning image, Biles and her husband embrace each other warmly as they pose in a pensive and serene spot. The background of the photo consists of a clean, high white wall, a neutral background and a leafless tree, which gives the photo a refined look.
The Ohio native looked gorgeous in a white gown with a flowing train. Meanwhile, Owens complimented his wife’s outfit by opting for a beige suit and brown shoes.
