The 50-year-old single woman is living life after Kody to the fullest as she now decides whatever she wants and does it on her own accord. In a recent interview, he told ET’s Deidre Behar:

“I’m single now, right? So I just decide what I want to do and then do it. It’s very, very easy. Everything is so much easier as far as planning and everyday life.”

The mother of six, who has also moved on from her marriage, has started dating “very, very casually.” In her words, “Not romantic, because that’s too fast, but dating for sure. I date just for fun. Just keep everything very light because that’s who I am now.”

Christine may be dating just for fun now, but she also plans to get married again. Despite this, he intends to have a monogamous relationship, not a plural union like his last marriage. She also looks for something important other than “goodness” in her future man, which she doesn’t find in her ex.

Kody’s declaration may have been the deciding factor, as The Blast revealed, Christine was already done with the marriage months before they officially called it quits. Discussing taking off her wedding ring amid her conflict with her ex-partner, she claimed that the wedding band felt like a “snare” and that taking it off was a relief.

She revealed this during an episode in the 17th season of “Sister Wives” where she declared that she no longer sees herself marrying Kody. The April-born admitted, “I mean, I don’t wear our wedding ring most of the time anymore. I just think they’re like nooses, to be honest with you.”

The reveal was filmed ahead of her 27th wedding anniversary with Kody. However, at that time, they were already at loggerheads due to internal problems in their polygamous relationship, which spanned several years. He did not plan to mark the success, as he mentioned that he would not “pretend” his relationship with the patriarch was not damaged.

Christine’s confession hints that there may be a big, permanent fight for a while, which her estranged husband is reportedly unaware of until he reveals his intention not to celebrate their wedding anniversary.

Co-Author of “Becoming Sister Wives” Always Wanted to Be a Third Wife

Almost a year after the former couple split last November, Christine has opened up about the long-time relationship, revealing some interesting details about her polygamous beliefs. The Blast shared that the mother of six, who was once a Mormon did not grow up with the principle of monogamy because her religion does not shun a man who has many partners.

His ambition seems to have contributed to his desire for a polygamous relationship, although he also wanted a third wife for other reasons. Christine sees being the first wife as a stressful position that involves handling all of the man’s responsibilities, while the second wife seems to go through “a lot of hard times and changes”.

So, he’s okay with being a third wife because he describes it as “easy.” Fortunately, her wish came true in 1994 when she spiritually united with Kody, finally joining the plural Brown family.
