Five weeks after Bush’s divorce filing, legal documents were obtained by Explosion revealed that neither party, including her estranged husband, Hughes, sought spousal support.

Hughes’ response echoed the “Chicago PD” actor’s request to “end the court’s ability to provide support.” He also asked for payment along with attorney’s fees.

The divorce papers cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split and stated that their separation date was June 27, shortly after their June 11 wedding anniversary.

The filing also noted Hughes’ uncertainty about the full extent of the property division, intending to provide further submissions once the assets are settled through court proceedings.
