According to reports, lawyers for Holmes and Fieig finalized and filed paperwork for their settlement on Wednesday. Digital records confirm that a certificate of dissolution is being processed in the Supreme Court of the District of New York. A final settlement and judgment of divorce has also been filed but is still pending.
About two months ago, sources confirmed that Holmes and Fiebig were close to finalizing their divorce settlement. Aside from their shared assets from more than a decade of marriage, the two share a 10-year-old daughter, Sabine. Details of their care arrangements have not been made public.

Holmes officially filed for divorce in December 2022, shortly after intimate photos of her and Robach hit social media. Days after her filing, Fiebig took to social media to address their affair and divorce. A lawyer issued a statement to Us Weekly in January 2023, about the situation.
The statement read, “Marilee’s single focus remains on the overall well-being of her daughter. To that end, TJ’s lawyers and I have worked together to move forward with their divorce privately, as quickly as possible, and as peacefully as possible.”
In the statement, Lehman also emphasized how “disappointed” he and Fiebig have been with Holmes’ behavior since the scandal began. He said, “We continue to be disappointed by TJ’s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity towards Marilee and the party girl. Marilee has been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support and is looking forward to a fresh start in the new year.”
