Tamera Mowry talks about her twin Tia Mowry’s healing after her divorce.
The Mowry sisters became famous through the Disney sitcom “Sister, Sister,” and they went on to star in other films. Tia is married to actor Cory Hardrict whom she dated for six years, while Tamera is married to award-winning journalist Adam Housley. However, last month, Tia confirmed that she and her husband had ended their marriage of 14 years.
Despite being in this difficult phase, Tamera continues to cheer on her twins as she recently declared that Tia is “living her authentic, true self.”

During a recent interview, the former singer talked about her sister’s recovery after the divorce and how she lives her life. Tamera recounted her conversation with Tia to the news outlet.
“I told her, I said, ‘Tia, I was looking at your Instagram, this is the happiest you’ve been in a long time. You’re glowing!’” Tamera recalled. “’You look different, but in a very positive way!’”
He continued, “I think it’s because — no, I know it’s because he’s living his authentic, real self, and I think that’s what everybody has to do. And it’s not easy! That’s the thing, it’s scary.”
The “Strong Medicine” actor went on to express his support for his sister. “I told her, ‘I’m so proud of you, because you’re showing other women — and hell, even men — that you walk in your truth, and look what happens. Whatever happens.” Tamera said before clapping her hands in front of her sister throughout the divorce battle. Tamera praised her twin, saying she was “very, very strong and inspiring.”
This interview comes after the “Twitches” actress defended her sister and subtly told people not to question her sister’s divorce. As The Blast reports, the 44-year-old man appeared on an episode of “Today with Hoda & Jenna” where he politely shut down questions about his sister’s divorce.
The conversation began by focusing on the actress’ new memoir, “You Have to Sit for This.” However, when one of the hosts veered off topic and tried to dig up information about her twins’ divorce, Tamera had an appropriate response.

“I support him. So whatever he wants, the Mowry family will support him. I love him so much. He’s strong,” the 44-year-old declared before subtly hinting that the host shouldn’t pry information from him.
“The Real” co-host added, “but I know now she just wants to, you know, just process it all, take it all in and be personal about it. As a sister, you know, I’m just going to respect that.”

As previously reported, Mowry took to her Instagram feed to show off her morning routine, which begins with picking up an affirmation card. From there, he stepped into the bathroom, washed his hair, and shaved his legs.
Once she was done, she went into her large wardrobe to change into an orange sweatshirt combo, style her hair and make a cup of tea. Mowry took his cup to the pool area where he worked. She was joined by her baby daughter, Cairo, who allowed her mother to kiss her on the cheek. The video ends with the actress smiling, enjoying her new life.

Alongside the clip, she wrote a lengthy caption stating how this routine helped her feel more grounded to navigate the new chapter. The caption reads in part, “With a new chapter comes anxiety, uncertainty, and fear. Having a routine helps me clear my mind and hit the reset button.”
