“The Flash” star Ezra Miller has pleaded not guilty to a felony burglary charge two months after being charged by Vermont state police.
Miller’s controversy began earlier this year when the actor was arrested several times for harassment, disorderly conduct, and felony burglary. They have also been accused of grooming and hiding a woman and her children on their gun-riddled farm in Vermont. Despite Miller’s controversy, Warner Bros. is still working with them toward the release of “The Flash” in 2023.

Ezra Miller Pleads Not Guilty to Felony Theft Charges

Per Deadline, the “Fantastic Beasts” actors pleaded not guilty to charges filed against them by Vermont State police two months ago. They were granted an early appearance in the criminal division of Green Mountain State Superior Court, where Miller was ordered to stay away from their neighbor, Isaac Winokur, whose home they allegedly entered and stole. They were also told not to interact with another Vermont resident, Aiden Early.
The Millers could be sentenced to up to 26 years in prison if convicted and fined $2,000 due to the type of crime they are reported to have committed. Additionally, the actor will reappear before Judge Kerry A. McDonald-Cadyat on an unannounced date to continue court proceedings in the ongoing case. This appearance can be done in person or virtually.

The felony burglary charge against Miller involved the actor allegedly breaking into their neighbor’s home and making off with “several bottles of alcohol.” Per Deadline, the police report reads, “On 05/01/2022 at approximately 1755 hours, the Vermont State Police were notified of a burglary complaint at a residence on County Road in the town of Stamford, Vermont. Preliminary findings indicate that several bottles of alcohol were taken from inside the residence while the homeowner was not present.”

‘The Flash’ Cast Has Had Some Controversy This Year

Miller has had some controversies over the years. The actor was arrested twice in Hawaii earlier this year for disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct. Shortly after this, they were hit with felony burglary charges in Vermont.
Later that year, Rolling stones published the investigation he had conducted on Miller, exposing their alleged crimes. An exposé revealed that Miller housed a mother and her three children on their Vermont farm. In addition to housing the young family, Miller also used the property as an unlicensed marijuana farm and kept several scattered firearms.
An Insider a later piece revealed more allegations against Miller. Several parents accused the actor of grooming their children and said they had filed a protective order against “The Flash” actor. They also alleged that Miller had created a cult environment on their farm, brainwashed the children into believing they were queer, and supplied them with drugs.

During the latest profile for Ella, Rae spoke about her disdain for Hollywood’s support of Miller. She said, “While I don’t support people jumping to conclusions and I think it’s fair for an investigation to take place, I think it’s very important to, as the mantra goes, ‘Listen women.'”
Rae continued, “I’m going to be real, the thing that happened with Ezra Miller is, to me, a microcosm of Hollywood. There are these people who are repeat offenders, who behave atrociously, and as opposed to shutting them down and shutting down the production, there is an effort to save the film and them.”
