Amid news of Gisele Bündchen’s romance with her jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente, a source close to her ex-husband, Tom Brady, has spilled the beans on their dating timeline.
Brady allegedly disagreed with reports suggesting that Bündchen and Valente only started dating in June 2023, following his divorce from the NFL legend.

Following reports Bündchen and Valente kissed on Valentine’s Day, a source close to the supermodel confirmed People’s Magazine that they are actually in a relationship but “slowly”.
“They have been dating since June. They took it slow. They started out as good friends first. He is very private about this and wants to keep quiet while they get to know each other,” an insider told the news outlet.
However, a source close to Brady disagreed with the report, claiming that the pair had been romantically involved before June. “They should add 2021 after June. Then the title will be right,” said the source.
Another source said, “When they announced the divorce in October 2022, Gisele fled to Costa Rica for 2 months. Joaquim flew there with him for 2 months. He takes his jiu-jitsu training seriously…”
Despite conflicting reports about the timeline of the relationship, both Brady and Bündchen have moved on from each other and are co-parenting their children well.
Bündchen has known Valente for years as he has helped teach jiu-jitsu to her children and herself. Before their romance was confirmed, they were photographed in various locations in Costa Rica and, at one point, were seen enjoying horseback riding together.
On the other hand, Brady is in an on-and-off relationship with supermodel Irina Shayk.
