Australian dentist Dr. Sam Koh raised concerns about the rapper’s ability to clean his new mouth guard, noting that he could be at risk of infection. He also noted that West’s teeth can change the way he speaks and sings because of how big they are.

According to reports, The famous dentist raised concerns about the potential weakness of the “Donda” rapper’s new titanium teeth. Dr. Koh, who is the main dentist at Dental Boutique, stated that the main issue stems from West’s inability to clean it properly, which can lead to serious problems or infections.
Dr. Koh explained, “Although it has been reported that dentists have given him custom appliances to help clean his teeth, such a large one-piece appliance would be difficult to clean.”
He continued, “Microscopically, there will be a lot of food, bacteria and debris under the titanium, which can then cause a lot of bad breath, sensitivity, tooth decay, and gum problems like disease and infection if the titanium is there long term.”

The dentist went on to share his concern that West’s titanium teeth could affect his ability to sing because they are large and could change the structure of his face.
Realizing that the “Jesus is King” rapper might shave his teeth and attach his titanium teeth to them instead of pulling them out completely, Dr. Koh warns that the glue may weaken over time as the teeth move, causing what he calls “microgaps.”
“This will then result in either the bridge coming loose over time, or worse, tooth decay, infection, and disease with bacteria being able to get into the tooth,” he said.
Dr. Koh added that the teeth look “huge” and may “change his facial appearance and soft tissue structure,” which could affect the way he “speaks, sings and raps.”

“Practically and clinically, titanium labor from dentists and labs making ‘teeth’ will not cost nearly as much,” he said.
“It’s very difficult to estimate something as unique as this, but if someone were to do something like this in Australia, it would probably be the most, AUD 100k or less!” Dr Koh added.
According to a representative for West who called Explosionthe rapper’s new dental enhancements are actually “permanent titanium teeth and not dentures.”

Far from getting his teeth done, West found himself embroiled in legal trouble as he was sued for assault and battery by an autograph seeker who claimed to have been punched by the rapper during a meeting in 2022, as reported by Explosion.
The man claimed in court documents that the incident, which took place outside a members-only club in Los Angeles, saw West yell “I’m going to f—— an example of you” at him, then bring up his breakup with Kim Kardashian before hitting him.
He claims he asked the rapper to apologize, but West disagreed, instead replying, “Apologizing for what?” before continuing to hit him again, “hurting him badly.”
Someone with West allegedly asked him to stop hitting the men, but instead, the rapper also lashed out at them and ordered them to “go to the f—— house and get my kids.”
The autograph seeker claims he has suffered emotional distress since then and is suing West for damages. His wife also sued West for loss of consortium.
According to Daily Mail, West was investigated for battery at the time, but no charges were filed at the time. He later admitted to punching an autograph seeker in an interview with Jason Lee of “Hollywood Unlocked.”
