According to reports, Tupac Shakur once expressed his feelings about Jada in a poem that has now been featured in Staci Robinson’s new biography of her.
The late rapper’s poem features several metaphorical statements expressing his feelings for the mother of two in three stanzas of four lines each.
In the first sentence, he says the actress is the “omega” of his heart and describes her as the ideal black woman.
For the second sentence, he wrote, per Insider“U won’t fully understand/ How Deeply My Heart Feels 4 U” before voicing his concern about them breaking up one day.
Tupac also talked about how he brought her “2 climaxes without sex,” a statement that seemed to suggest that they had a subtle bond unlike any other.
He ends the poem with, “UR my Heart in Human Form / My irreplaceable Friend.”

In addition to the poem, Robinson’s new biography of the late emcee also touches on a meeting between the two in the 1980s as sophomores at the Baltimore School of the Arts in Maryland.
Tupac and Jada find their way into each other’s lives as if by fate, as they quickly develop a strong bond of friendship. They often spend their free time discussing at length various topics ranging from contemporary literature to politics.
Their bond was so strong that Tupac’s sister, Sekyiwa Shakur, realized how much her life had changed after she met Jada, as shown in the book.
“All I remember is John coming to the house all the time. And there’s nothing else to talk about but Jada,” said Sekyiwa, referring to Tupac’s conversation with a friend, John Cole.
He added, “The music changed. The people changed. And Jada came – the entity! The magazine posters had come off his walls and John’s art was up on his walls. And Jada’s pictures.”

Normally, a bond like that shared by Jada and Tupac would often translate into a romantic relationship or marriage. However, they stuck at the friendship, but not for lack of trying.
In 1995, while serving time for sexual assault at Clinton Correctional Facility, Tupac proposed to Jada. However, Jada seems to have rejected the offer saying that the reason the rapper proposed to her was incorrect.
“I knew at that moment that he needed someone to spend time with, which I would have done too,” read the contribution from Jada in Tupac’s biography. “He doesn’t have to marry me to do that. I am here. He needs a stone. Because of our friendship and everything we’ve been through together, he just wants to feel that solid foundation.”
Finally, Jada ended up marrying actor Will Smith in 1997. A year before that, Tupac was shot and killed in a drive-by in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was 25 years old then.

Whether or not she regrets not accepting Shakur’s marriage proposal when it was on the table, Jada recently revealed that she was never interested in a romantic relationship with him.
“It’s not possible,” he said in an interview with Launch. “There is no chemistry between us.”
He also revealed that his new memoir, “Worthy,” also explained that he had only ever seen the “Letter to the President” poet through the eyes of a friend. He then mentions that what they have is “the chemistry of friendship love.”
However, that didn’t stop her from admitting that she shared a “soulmate” relationship with Tupac despite their lack of romance.
He added, “If there is such a thing as a past life, I definitely think Pac and I have traveled a few together. You know, in different forms.”
