Singer Demi Lovato seems to have gotten a lot of attention with her controversial new album cover. The star released a poster promoting his 2022 “Holy Fvck” album, which upset ad regulators. After spending some time on British billboards, the association removed them, claiming they offended Christians.

Following this, the star’s record label Polydor Records defended her by claiming that the poster was not as offensive as they thought. However, the association warned them to keep the posters away from the public and insisted they were disrespectful and offensive.

While some supported the decision, several others rose to the star’s poster’s defense, stating that “blasphemy is not a crime.” They also said the singer has the right to express himself in any way and format he likes.

AS explained that the “Holy Fvck” poster would probably offend people and disrespect Christians. They later explained that the album’s image and title sent the wrong message. “Together with the reference to the Holy Fvck,” the poster creates a connection between sexuality and the sacred Christian symbol, the cross on which Christ died. They stated that it was “likely to cause serious offense to Christians.”

The association later decided to ban the poster from billboards. They added, “Therefore, we conclude that the ad violates the Code of Conduct.” Commenter Alice Grant also supported this view by saying that the association should ban “demon” posters.
