A Canadian model who goes by the name Mary Sebastian Pickles Magdalene on Instagram earned the nickname “Uniboob Queen” after one of her 38M implants ruptured earlier this year.
Although she has undergone many cosmetic surgeries in the past, the Instagram model decided to do one more: reduce the size of her chest and lose twenty pounds in the process!

On Saturday, TMZ reported that Mary underwent breast reduction surgery and swapped her massive 5,000cc implants for a mere 700cc. Without her massive implants, her weight has dropped over twenty pounds!
Earlier this year, one of her 38M implants popped and left her with just one 11-pound breast that she calls a “uni-boob.” After undergoing breast reduction surgery, she said that she now wears a C cup.

While some followers may question why she would want to get more implants after what she just went through, Mary told TMZ that her breast tissue has actually been damaged to the point where she has no tissue left over from her original breast.
That wasn’t the only work Mary had done. In addition to her breast reduction, the plastic surgeon also reportedly performed a lift and liposuction in addition to the implant exchange. Unfortunately, it looks like the recovery from her latest plastic surgery is not going to be fast.

Although she plans to leave her breasts alone for now, she is looking forward to doing more work on her face, including her cheeks and lips.
It’s unclear when she’ll have the procedure, but it doesn’t seem like she plans to stop getting plastic surgery anytime soon. In fact, in a previous interview with the outlet, the Canadian model compared her plastic surgery “hobby” to athletes competing in extreme sports.

The Canadian model revealed that she had her first plastic surgery when she was just 18 years old. After twelve years, she has undergone many procedures that have completely changed the appearance of her body and face.
