The Bachelor returns to ABC with familiar faces looking for love. To make that wish come true, 30 suitors will compete on a dating show for a chance to win the hearts of the Last Rose and Zach Shallcross. Mercedes Northup, a 24-year-old nonprofit case manager who works four jobs and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, is one of the women scheduled to participate in the episode. The Bachelor season 27 will begin on ABC on Monday, January 23, at 8 pm ET.

Several women will compete for the attention of the newest eligible bachelor Zach Shallcross on the upcoming season of the ABC dating program. Mercedes Northup is one of the women who will appear in this program. He attended Middle Tennessee State University and graduated in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in general studies. While he currently works four jobs in a row, his career began as a part-time assistant with Meetings n Moore, followed by a shipping specialist position with Uncommon James.
After working as a social media marketing intern with BRND House, The Bachelor season 27 cast is now a food server in Northern Italy.

ABC described the nonprofit executive as a “fun-loving, bubbly woman” eager to spread her wings. He says he works hard to support himself but is willing to prioritize his love life. He was very close to his mother, whose approval was essential in everyone he brought home. He has been in two significant relationships that ended when he realized they weren’t meant to be.
It went on to say:
“Mercedes loves going out on the town in Nashville, but she also prefers to be at home and cuddle with her dog. He said he was looking for a partner who would make him laugh and someone he could invite to Sunday family dinner.”
Mercedes likes to give and get gifts from her loved ones, and she also likes to drive with the windows down. His hobby is exhibiting pigs at the Iowa State Fair, and he prefers ordering to cooking. Aly, Anastasia, Ariel, Bailey, Becca, Brianna, Brooklyn, Cara, Cat, Charity, Christina, Davia, Gabi, Genevie, Greer, Holland, Jess, Kaity, Katherine, Kimberly, Kylee, Lekha, Madison, Olivia L., Olivia M., Sonia, Vanessa, Victoria J., and Viktoria E. join her in season 27.
